fast service, lots of products. store lighting is not great and it could be a little cleaner. but staff was friendly and quick

I appreciated the makeup selection. They had makeup colors for brown skin as well as skin tone band aids. An employee thought it was a good idea to place TWO carts of products directly in front of the "brown/ethnic" hair supply section of the store as if we didn't need to see and purchase these products. I had to move the carts to see the products and then retrieve the items I wanted. Meanwhile boxes are falling off the carts which is dangerous. An elderly couple came while pushing a lady in a wheelchair. She needed to see the products also. When they tried to push her through the isle, the carts and ceiling beam blocked her wheelchair so the elderly woman had to move the heavy, packed carts to get her friend's wheelchair out the aisle! As I put my products on the belt, Alexandra - store #4386, asked if I wanted a bag. She didn't speak to me at all. I said "hi" then she reluctantly said hello. When I worked for Dollar Tree, I was taught to speak to ALL customers. She also piled $55.00 worth of products in a single bag, making it heavy and on the verge of breaking, but she put the customer's items behind me in a double bag and the woman had less than 10 items.

This store is usually very good. Unfortunately when I came in today there was a woman stocking the shelf. I guess she had just had a negative experience with another customer before I came in and she was taking the product that I wanted to the back. I tried to tell her that I was going to buy a hundred dollars worth of product. She then acted towards me as if I was the previous customer who she had had a negative reaction to. I was very disappointed as I wanted to spend my money here. I told her it was unfair to let me in with the other customer. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me and I told her I would make a report online. With a few exceptions i'm finding that a lot of the dollar trees in the hudson valley are filled with unhelpful workerstwo are accusatory towards paying customers. On a good week I will spend close to a thousand dollars at different dollar trees. I'm very disappointed with the treatment that the staff is giving me another customers.

Cleanest and most well-stocked Dollar Tree I’ve ever visited. Loads of seasonal, crafting, and everyday items. My go-to place for paper goods, cleaning supplies, and things for organizing. I cannot drive by without stopping to see what I didn’t know I needed.
