Stylist: Mel B is Absolutely the best at her craft!
I see her often to cover my grays but the best part is my highlights. I brought in a photo of what I wanted and she was able to give me exactly what I had asked for. Next I’m planning and super excited to have her add extensions in for me.
I’ve been coming here for the last three years even had Liz do some color for me when Mel was unavailable. I basically love everyone here. Service is always great. And prices are reasonable. The owner Regina is a gem.
I highly recommend chrome Salon!!

Actually, just noticing you changed your response again. I BELIEVE THIS ON MY OWN because I SAW it, no one else wrote this. But, it didn't work out as you say, but don't lie and make it seem like something else. Anyways. The person didn't quit either. As you've been lying about as well.

I love love love my new look! The team did an outstanding job of giving me an excellent cut and color!. Liz was so engaged throughout the process. She listened to my vision then gave her professional opinion on a cut and color that would flatter my skin tone and facial shape best. I've never had a stylist give me their opinion & it's been sorely missed all my curly hair life. My hair is curly and difficult to manage. Regina removed the bulk but left the length. My mother went and had her hair styled for Mother's Day and it ended up being a nightmare! I have no clue what products were used, but later that evening it was just falling out in large clumps. When brought to the attention of the staff, the owner asked her to come in so they could try to figure out what was causing this reaction.They essentially ended up doing some type of treatment (I would assume a keratin treatment) because my mom isn't sure what process was utilized. However, my poor mom's hair is currently in a state that I've only ever seen once before... (and that's because I tried to use a product "at home" that is absolutely not made for my type of hair)! We are Native American and I used a relaxing agent made for coarse hair...which apparently is never to be used on my hair type. My hair was absolutely FRIED, and my mother's hair looks and feels precisely the same as mine did. I cannot say for certain that is what happened because I was not present at the time of her appointment, but I do know that she has never had an issue like this before. As of this morning she isn't sure what to do about this whole situation because whatever treatment was performed didn't help at all, there is literally nothing we can do to help her. She can't even style it. So sadly & unfortunately she has been keeping it pulled back in a ponytail. I wish there was something that I could do for her, but it seems almost inevitable that she will have to have her hair cut extremely short, and hopefully it will grow back quickly!

The salon is really nice and I was happy that the owner really cared about my hair recovery. My stylist Mel guided me to how to care for my hair and let me know of the mistake of using Olaplex for too many months. Great hair trim & they listened and were respectful- it's worth the trip for me to go to someone who really cares, very happy !

Love this salon. Not just a great haircut and style but the environment is relaxing, professional, and upscale. Regina cuts my hair and it's always a great experience - staff is experienced, friendly and delivers wonderful service.

I had my first appointment at Chrome Salon yesterday and could not be happier. My hair was styled by Nicki and she did a wonderful job with my pin straight, baby fine short hair. The salon itself is a lovely space, the staff very friendly. I highly recommend Chrome Salon.
