Awful experience. I went here to pick up a router and they were seemingly busy. We were told it would be a while, when I asked for an estimate of how long I was given a major attitude and accused of asking them to abandon customers signing up for new services at Verizon which is absolutely not what I was trying to do. I was told I have to wait one hour, and which is unreasonable because the actual pickup took LITERALLY 50 Seconds and I knew it would be really quick so I didn’t understand why they wanted me to wait 1 hr when there are no seats, no water, nothing in the store. I also just gave birth 2 weeks ago and can’t stand for long periods of time and obviously don’t expect them to know that but their disregard for people and lack of common sense of how to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner without harming customers was infuriating. They had such an attitude just because I wanted a timeline of when I can actually pick up the router.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Elizabeth from Syosset, who was substituting in the Floral Park location today, and I must say, her service was exceptional. I came in with a very old Samsung phone, packed with completely irreplaceable data ranging from work documents to personal mementos and even music I've created over the years—data that I simply couldn't afford to lose. Unfortunately, the button of my phone had fallen out, rendering it practically unusable.
Elizabeth, however, went above and beyond to help me. She ingeniously MacGyvered a paperclip to push the button of my non-existent phone, allowing me to access its functionalities. Not stopping there, she meticulously scraped out hazardous materials from the charge port so I could charge the phone—an act that truly exemplified her dedication to customer satisfaction.
Throughout the entire process, Elizabeth was not only professional but also incredibly empathetic. She recognized the stress I was under and consistently encouraged me to take breaks, ensuring that I remained calm and composed as we resolved the issue. By the end of our interaction, I left the store with a brand new phone, complete with all my irreplaceable data intact.
What impressed me the most was not only the quality of service I received but also the genuine care and attention to detail that Elizabeth demonstrated. As someone who had come directly from a nearby T-Mobile store, I not only saved on my subscription but also received the same exact phone, coupled with unparalleled customer service.
In light of this exceptional experience, I have no doubt that I will be returning to this exact location and personally purchasing multiple phone lines from Elizabeth. Her professionalism, resourcefulness, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction have truly set a benchmark in my eyes. Thank you very much, Elizabeth, for your outstanding service.
