Howie, the postmaster, ignores phone calls, tells employees to say he's in a meeting, then they don't pick up the phone, and he cuts out before 5 pm! They SUCK!

PASSPORT RELATED: Went for a passport application and they took a picture with terrible lighting which was then denied by the agency. What a waste of time, money, and energy! Thanks to federal employees not caring once again! Literally being paid to do this this type of stuff yet here we are! Had to take a picture at home, print it at CVS and resubmit after a month waiting for a rejection letter.

It's unfortunate how difficult it is to obtain a passport, license, or permit in this country. The staff at DMV offices and post offices are often very rude. Every time I have to go to one of those offices, it turns into an extremely stressful and frustrating experience.

Package i gave to them is lost or stolen.post office has been trying to track it down for 3 days.some reports say still in post office but Noone can find it.that means stolen to me.i will never deal with them again.to me that could be I d theif. Never seen this place so bad.be careful,

The two tellers were so rude , they were mad to take care of my passport application… I went there because a family recommended , she said is not busy and you don’t wait long . But the service terrible. I think they don’t want to be there 😠

When I stood in line there were only 2 people serving, that's when Tiffany came to assist the customer and it was my turn, she was all arrogant, I asked her for help with my passport application, she had a despotic attitude and helped me halfway, when I went to stand in line again to be served with a demeaning smile she asked me if I had an appointment and I answered that that's what she asked me at the beginning and not to make me waste time, she looked at me in a way like, what are you going to do to me now, she's a bad person, she lacks understanding and a desire to work with the public.

Place isn’t terrible, I haven’t had any packages get lost here so I can’t complain too much. It’s a decent usps, about average. They’ve gotten kinda lazy though. I asked them if they could get my package bc it’s been there all day and hadn’t gone out for delivery, they refused bc they didn’t feel like looking for it. Isn’t that their job? Idk I kinda get it, it’s a lot of packages to sort through and a hassle but at the same time isn’t that what you’re being paid to do? I’ve done this before at this location and other usps locations and they had no problem doing it. They’re gonna have to sort it anyway, why not just grab my package for me? 🤷♂️

As a new client to this post office, I was very pleased with the service I received today. I went to this office to apply the passport for my daughter...
Michael is the person who took care of my service. He is very professional and efficient. Most importantly, he is very friendly and accommodating.
I will absolutely recommend this particular branch to people who need passport service.

I showed up to the office showing a usps tracking label and had told them that their post office which had handled the delivery of my package did not deliver the item to my house. The gentleman over the counter (bald man) took a quick glance at the tracking number and proceeded to say it wasn’t a usps tracking number DESPITE IT CLEARLY STATING IT WAS A USPS TRACKING NUMBER. Not only has this post office lost my package but they refuse to provide me the right assistance. I guess that’s what you get for employing people who are over the hill and don’t care about providing customer service to their community.

Absolutely the worst post office in the universe.....Harold Bonilla post master and Denesa the supervisor are incredibly rude and when you ask for help they hung up on the phone on me and when I went there they walked away and never came back telling me I don't live where I live and refused to take the tracking number for my package and sent it back to sender telling me the people where I live said I didn't live there which is a blatant lie....They need to be arrested and put in jail for USC 18 sec 1901 hindrance of mail.....They both need to be fired just for their attitude alone...My story is much to long to put here....If you need a hint of how bad and unprofessional these people are just read the other reviews...But the USPS needs to protect the public and the mail and fire these people, they are to irresponsible to be in this sensitive position.....Get rid of them please ASAPProtect us and our mail....For all of us who have to deal with themUse your phone camera to verify their misconduct, I did Denesa refused to take the tracking number to help me get my package and just turned and walked away from me, all recorded..Awful.....
