“I rented 12 reusable boxes. If you're moving skip the cardboard and get these heavy duty bins. They are very durable and stack well.Gentlemen at the counter was very helpful and extended my rental to another day to prevent me from racking up late charges. Will definitely revist this location again. Nice.”

“Do not try to reserve online as it seems it means nothing and it's not related to inventory at each site. Call and reserve it so they can confirm they have the vehicle. I reserved online for another location and no one called me, I called in and they told me they don't even carry that model. Also note that they only take cash for rentals which is especially odd as they use cards for holds.
Aside from that, you basically get what you pay for. As others have mentioned the vans are not well maintained. Although I didn't have a problem mechanically, the radio didn't work and the interior was rougher than a Uhaul. It shifted kind of rough and you could tell the shocks were probably at the end of their life. But for what you pay, it's not a bad experience. I rented a Micro Mover and it was exactly what I needed and I saved gas as opposed to the larger vans that you'd rent from Uhaul or Home Depot.”
“First time renting a storage unit to store my stuff over the summer. Great service at this place! The staff were super friendly and professional. Darnell helped me reserve my unit on the phone. He assisted me with the check-in process and showed me the way to access my unit step by step. There were trolleys and ladders on site that you can use to move your boxes.
Imani helped me with my van rental on the phone. We also inspected the van together. She was soft-spoken and quite witty.
Lizette assisted me at the unit. She opened it up and moped the already cleaned floor before my movers arrived. She made a unit move & transition really easy for me.
Such a great team of people who work here. The service was really amazing. Please forgive me for misspelling names.
Would definitely recommend it.

“VERY EASY TO DO ON THE APP NO Trouble until i called the actual place HOWEVER THE ACTUAL PLACE THE WOMAN WHO WORKS THERE HAS A Terrible ATTITUDE PROBLEM this seems to be a family owned business where the wife works for her husband or some such none sense and she answers the phi e like its a hassel for her give the customers an attitude like we are bothering her...I'd recommend using the app”
“I stopped in to see if my vehicle tow light was working.
Both associates were extremely friendly and offered top-level customer service. One gentleman took the time to walk me through my entire car to check to see if my trailer light was receiving power. When it was not, the associate went through the owners manual and highlighted each fuse I needed to check with a mechanic.
Unfortunately, it was raining heavily when I stopped by, but that did not stop this amazing associate from helping me outside.
