I went to this store a few weeks ago to order tiara crown for my wedding. I was never in the store before. Everyone was nice and pleasant. I found a crown that I liked, but there was damage to it so the gentleman said he would order another one and it would be there by end of the week three weeks past and finally someone called me that the crown was in, but by then I fell in love with another one in a different place and purchased it. I went back in today because I wanted to let them know I purchased another crown and if they would just allow me to exchange the money that I left for a deposit for a new item, sash, jewelry, etc. they refused they told me it was final sale and that I had to pay the remainder of the deposit or lose the money that I put down which was half the amount.. regardless of the item being final sale they could have as a first time client given me a courtesy and allow me to pick something else out . I was told. It was extremely popular crown, and I knew that it would sell quickly.. I was led from one person to another one more nasty than the next!!! one saying it was made for me, which it was not because it was all Amazon . Bottom line unprofessional nasty instead extending courtesy they lost three potential clients down the road when we informed them of that fact, they said we were very nasty for telling them that. I would never do business with anyone in this store shame shame shame on them.!

Made an appointment the last minute and was able to get an appointment right away! I was fortunate to meet Dora and helped me through this process. She made me feel really comfortable and made this day extra special! I was able to get the dress that I knew was for me and Dora made sure the dress will be shipped on time for my wedding which is less than 6 months away! This place had wonderful selections!

This place is truly one of a kind. I decided to go to Wedding plaza solely based on all the reviews I read. I booked an extremely last minute appointment and was accommodated. My plan was only to take a peak and get an idea of the process. As I walked into The Wedding Plaza nervously, and was warmly greeted by Dora, I immediately knew it would be a a great experience. Dora and the rest of the team eased all of my anxiety and reminded me that the dress picking process was supposed to be fun. That’s exactly what I felt. All of the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In three hours I quickly learned that the Wedding Plaza takes pride in their work and they really do care about making you feel and look your very best for your special day! I cannot wait to experience the next few months with them.

Long story short, I bought my wedding dress at a shop in PA a few months ago and wanted to see the color of my dress again so I could compare the tan color to white/blue bridesmaid dresses I was deciding on. I found out this shop had a very similar dress by the same designer and the owner was kind enough to let me stop in and compare swatches. He was so nice and even offered me advice so I could make the best decision. If I had been shopping in NY, I would have gone here - such nice staff and beautiful dresses.

I want to thank Ron, Carmela and her team, Dora and Naz. The entire team here helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams when I checked so many bridal shops in long Island. They were so patient and explained everything along the way. They also helped my husband find an amazing tux for our reception night. I cannot recommend this place enough, they are all so kind and helpful and will do their best to make you happy. I was a stressed out bride but the wedding plaza made everything so much better. Thank you!!!

I could not recommend this shop more highly, everyone was so kind and understanding of my 2 week timeline to get a dress due to a previous dress disaster.. Ron was absolutely an angel and so was everyone who worked there. They know their stuff and are so happy to help!

I rate my visit at a 4. I would have given it a 5 but I was told that someone would get back to me on the possibility of getting in a dress that I was interested in, but in a different color, and no one ever called me. I would never buy a dress without seeing the actual color but there wasn't a swatch or even a picture for me to see. Otherwise the staff and store are very nice
