I searched for over two years to find a salon to do my cut in color after covid. I researched many salons And kept coming back to Salon 311. I was giving an appointment for the following week and then received the phone call that they received the cancellation for Friday, I jumped at it. When I requested the appointment I told him I wanted a hairstylist that could do short hair since I had decided to cut my hair short. My.
Appointment was with the owner.Her name is Jamie.I showed her a picture of And that is exactly what I got. Since my hair was all Grey I decided that I wanted to color andhighlight my hair. Jamie did A wonderful color and highlight on my hair.I absolutely love it. I am so glad that I chose this salon, It is a very friendly and professiona salon, I have already Booked my next appointment. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon.

My girls enjoyed their time at Salon 311. This was our second visit and I am truly amazed and impressed with Angelina and Cassie and the staff. They are so friendly, patient and nailed their cut. Definitely going to come back for their future cuts!! I recommend everyone to go. It’s a pleasant time.

Brianna always does an amazing job with my hair. I'm very indecisive so I have switched up my hair often throughout the last couple of years. She gives great advice and her work is beautiful. Whether you're going in for a balayage, gloss, cut or blow dry, you won't be disappointed. Always walk out happy and feeling stunning! Can't wait until my next appointment. Love Salon 311!!!

Salon 311 is absolutely amazing!!! Jamie, the owner, is so kind, talented, and goes above and beyond for her clients! Angelina did my highlights, balayage, and cut, and she was just phenomenal!! I don’t normally go the extent to write a review, especially a bad one. However, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service provided. Salon 311 was recommended by a coworker that is a loyal customer and I figured I’d check them out. Let me start off by saying that I was told that I would receive a call on multiple occasions to schedule my appointment to dye my hair, and I never received a call. I had to constantly call to make an appointment and got the run about from different receptionists.I had previously inquired with Brianna about a hair color that I wanted to achieve a few months ago. I understand that Brianna may not remember as she has many clients and I inquired about the color in May. I suggested to send a picture of the color I want to achieve, as well as how my hair currently looks.Despite the explanation to the receptionist, she kept insisting for me to come in for a consult. Once I said “if Brianna is there, is there any way you can show her the pictures I sent yesterday?” And without hesitation as I’m on hold, I’m assuming she spoke to Brianna and had to wait for her to come look at the picture.I refused to hold for any longer and decided to hang up the phone, and made the decision not to give this salon service!

Jaime at Salon 311 is simply the BEST. I moved to Charleston and still fly back to Long Island for my haircuts…she’s that good. I haven’t tried anyone else at the salon but I’m sure they are equally wonderful!!

I can not express how happy I am with this salon, with the amazing service and of course, the amazing Grace who literally brought my hair back to life after I nearly ruined it in an attempt to cover white hairs with boxed dye ??♀️ I left my hair alone for six months before taking the plunge and getting professional help. Stubborn as I am. My hair was a multitude of colors thanks to years of diy’ing with temporary color and one permanent color mistake.
Grace had the knowledge of what would work, what would keep my in my budget in the long run with low maintenance and made my hair beautiful again.
The entire crew at the salon is a group of amazing ladies and I am so incredibly happy that I chose this salon.
Highly, highly recommend for any service

Brianna has performed all of the above services on me and I am so very pleased with the outcome.
