I did not have an appointment for my kids, but the message indicated that walk-ins were welcome. I have visited a few times without making an appointment in the past. However, last Saturday, when I went there with my kids, we waited for 1 hour and 36 minutes. Subsequently, they refused to see us, stating that they were not accepting walk-ins, even though there were no signs posted. One of the new girls, with curly hair and a slightly heavier build, was very rude and disrespectful. Despite receiving good service on previous occasions, the behavior of these two young ladies was unprofessional and inappropriate. I hope the person in charge of this facility addresses this matter and ensures that all staff members provide good customer service. The employees are compensated because patients like us visit the location, and if we, as patients, cease attending, jobs may be jeopardized. So respect the patients who visit there if incase of any emergency post a sign so customer will be well aware.

Absolutely the worst diagnostic center experience. Painfully long wait times, even with an appointment, and completely disorganized and unprofessional staff. The level of inefficiency is just unacceptable!

I waited a long while to write this review for this Quest Diagnostic Floral Park Location. The reasons were because (1) I decided to go to other Labs to experience different types of customer service and professionalism. (2) To make sure I don't write a misjudgeful review.I have gone to this Floral Park location as a patient and accompanied a family member to a patient. This Floral Park location is the worst lab I have had service. The staff including the supervisor/manager need to be FIRED or take an extreme customer service class. In the last experience, my husband went to the Floral Park Lab for service and was rudely mistreated by the technician, staff, and supervisor. I called the corporate office to log a complaint to their customer service office. I received a quick response with an empathic ear, but the follow-up was sorely lacking.

The Floral Park Location could be better regarding staff customer service. I have used this location various times and each time I am sorely disappointed with my experience. That particular location needs either a staff overhaul or a customer service class for their employee and that's including the office manager or supervisor. They are very rude and lack empathy. The care my husband received was very unprofessional from the technician to the supervisor. I placed a call to the corporate office and the follow-up response was quick but no resolution of the issue or follow-up of the issue. I rate this location very very poor.

Love this spot! It’s my second time going here in the past few months. Quick and easy. In and out within 10 minutes or less. Made an appointment with the Quest app. Definitely recommend.

If you ever need to take a drug test here, this is the worst location to go. Unless you have an appointment, the queue is long, and you will still have to wait too long to be served. If at all possible, avoid this location.

Walked in at 9:30 on Monday morning, fully expecting to wait for a long time, however, I was pleasantly surprised when I was called within 15 minutes. The facility is clean and well lit with a nice bathroom. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Nadia, the phlebotomist was incredibly professional and kind, and had a very gentle and delicate touch. I did not feel any pain or discomfort.

I went to Quest Diagnostics in Floral Park with a specimen for my 93 year old mom. I arrived 5 minutes before they closed. I though I just needed to drop it off but I had to fill out the form on the Kiosk. I was called about 10 minutes later by a gentleman. He started to do the paperwork and realized there was no insurance/Medicare information in the system and without it he couldn't continue. I explained that I drove from upstate NY (Yorktown area) to Floral Park to pick up and drop off the specimen. This man was so kind. He allowed me to go back to my mom's house, pick up her information and drive back. It probably took about an extra 20 minutes. When I got back he saw me and did whatever he needed to do paperwork wise. He was kind and deserves recognition for his work ethic. Not everyone would have been so kind. I am sorry I didn't get his name but I believe he is from Haiti if that narrows it down. He is a credit to your organization.

Many people seem to be hating on this place but I had an excellent experience. Went in Friday morning and waited no more than 10 minutes. More importantly, the phlebotomist did an excellent job. One of the smoothest experiences I’ve had.

I went for my husband's blood work this morning. I was the first person, the technician cursed us and used F words just because we didn't have the physical script. She cursed us and was abusive

Had my blood test done here and results came out very concerning. Retested at another lab and everything came out completely normal. Either the blood was mishandled or there was a lab error.
