This lab has got to be the worst! Waited over an hour with an appointment! Lab tech gave me incorrect vials. Had to go back and wait over an hour and a half just to drop off. And now I need to speak to someone in customer service. Tried twice today. First time waited 30 minutes on hold and then got disconnected when the rep answered because the phone was going in and out. Second time waited forty minutes and just got disconnected. Will never use this lab again.

Charlene Sherna and Viviana at 265 Jericho Tpke were absolutely awesome. They were patient, kind respectful and great at their jobs. They helped me and my daughter who has autism with such grace.

The person that I sat with did not know what she was doing. In fact, it took one of the other girls to show her. But, when the other girl was trying to take my blood, she was constantly smacking and flicking her finger at my arms and hand - which wasn't a problem had it been done once or twice. They tried both arms and then after 10 minutes of being unsuccessful, they tried the hand. I told her that she had only one bite at the apple. I was getting extremely frustrated and angry. The woman taking my blood had to tell the woman who called me in what to do. If she had not come along, I would have been in trouble. I will NEVER come back to Quest again. That was the worst experience I ever had.

Quest lab were not sufficiently thorough. They did not take all blood work that was ordered! I am dissatisfied with their ability to provide the correct care! not at all happy with their service!!

This particular Quest location ran extremely smoothly. I walked in with a code to scan. The kiosk also scanned my NYS driver's license and my Medicare card. I sat down and waited. No need to ask anybody anything. Even though it was crowded, my name was called after about 20 minutes. Paperwork was all done before I walked in to the exam room. Process was pleasant and painless. It took less than 5 minutes. All in all, a very positive experience.
