The individual at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. He coordinated the service upon arrival and departure. I will continue to use Jiffy Lube in Floral Park, we had an inspection completed easily on a Friday afternoon.

This location desperately needs new management . First in line for inspection, two hours later finally done but had to buy new windshield wipers even though my old ones are only 3 months old. That’s the price you pay just to get inspection done at this location.

Very fast service for oil change. Guys were very nice, but the inspection guy was out and I had to go elsewhere for that.

when I arrived the customer in front of me said her car was serviced a half hour ago bit the cashier disapeared for a half hour. same thing happened to me, while i was paying she walked away . after waiting 15 minutes I had to reach over the counter to get my keys. the customer behind me was also complaining about the same thing. never will I return.

Went in for an oil change.My car was running fine.They gave me a printout of things wrong with my car.They suggested $1500 in repairs.I said no thank you.When I was driving home my car began to Immediately overheat.Went to my mechanic.Jiffy lube intentionally damaged my car.

Came for an oil change, drove 20 min and oil pressure light came back on. Took it to a local shop & was told there was no oil on my dipstick. If you’re paying for an oil change you fill it back up properly for your customer! Won’t be back here.

Update: A week since this incident and no communication, just generic responses and emails from customer service. Owners, management nowhere in sight.Took my car there for a simple oil change and then went to work and left my car parked. By the evening my check engine light came on while I was on my way home and the car had an extremely loud rattle and I couldn’t go past 10 mph. This started on the highway and already it was nerve-racking going from 50 mph to 10 mph all the while there’s this extremely loud rattle going on. Being late in the evening, I had no choice but to drive home with my hazards on as I had no one to assist me in the matter and it was late in the evening during a holiday weekend.The following morning, I went to the dealer the following morning. Having driven less than 20 miles since my oil change and after the dealership diagnosed my vehicle, they stated that I needed a new engine. Why? Because there was NO oil in the car, it had all leaked out. Someone didn’t tighten the cap and my car was dry of oil. The engine oil got all around the engine bay and a result of having no oil in my car caused metal shavings and thus my engine seized. Best part of all, the car could’ve caught on fire under driving in those conditions.That was 5 days ago and not even a courtesy call back. I knew this would be a process, but to even call and acknowledge my concern and the fact I was put into a situation and drove in a car where I could’ve been harmed or worse. My significant other was with me during that horrific drive and it got on my nerves even more that she had to be there in that situation!I know in this situation, where I am coming to your company to ask for reimbursement will be something dragged out. I expect that, but the service from employees to not get back, the owner/franchisee who may or may not be notified on this (shame on you if you don’t know what’s going on in your own store), are you even human? So far it’s taken me days to process this, but I’m in total disgust and your establishment is nothing less than grotesque.

All the employees were friendly and professional. I feel very comfortable bringing my car there for service and believe the prices to be honest and fair, and the work they do is exceptional. That’s why I’m a repeat customer for years at that location.

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube location for many years and have been perfectly happy with the service. Finally prompted to write a review based on my visit the other day.Called to confirm they do state inspections (which they do) but arrived after the person left who does that particular service. I was disappointed (and let them know lol) but resigned to at least get an oil change.However, the lead guy there made arrangements for another person to do the inspection so I ended up getting everything done and saved another trip.A small thing maybe but very much appreciated. Not every small business puts the customer first.
