I have been going to Georgewood for years since they opened. Recently over the past couple of years, the woman at the counter is rude, yet I still would go back. Today was the final straw, she handed me the arrangement and it was wrapped the same as the past few times, carelessly. I asked her for some possible tape and she was bothered, tried to staple the plastic which didn’t work and she sat right back down in her chair, not a care in the world the wrapping looked like complete garbage and the arrangement could and did easily fall out. Customers are what make your business, customer service is huge with having returning customers. I am done and will never be back, or refer my businesses to them ever again. Its a-shame that due to customer service, they will lose customers when they have nice products (even a bit overpriced, but was always willing to pay for that). Shame on them, shame on the girl at the front desk/register. Should be 0 stars.

Dave and his team were amazing to work with. Used them for my September 6th wedding and he executed my vision perfectly! He responded to my many questions quickly and pricing was very fair compared to many of the other florists I contacted. Everyone loved our centerpieces and the personal florals were perfect. The flowers also last almost 2 weeks post wedding. I have ZERO complaints.

I wanted to send something special for an upcoming holiday to a beloved aunt who lives at North Shore Towers. I have used other florists in the area and they are fine but I thought I would try Georgewood. They were absolutely amazing. Their website was wonderful and gave me lots of choices. In addition, I was confused about something and called them to confirm things. The person I got was incredibly kind and helpful, these are pictures of the assorted roses and the gourmet chocolates. I just got a call from my aunt and my cousins who are just thrilled. Looking at these, I am too. I have my new Florist for that area and I’m very, very happy.

Dave the owner is AMAZING. My wedding was April 7th, 2024 and he did an amazing job. I was shopping around florist after florist and getting crazy prices. Georgewood was my last stop and Dave is very budget friendly, and the quality of his work is unmatched. Book here for your wedding or event !

Stopped in randomly while in town for my aunt's 100th Birthday! There was another flower shop a block before this one, that I stopped into first and am I glad I walked out and walked into Georgewood!! What a beautiful place! The decor, the staff greeting you, the beautiful flowers on display, everything about this place screamed florist. I purchased a lovely bouquet for a very reasonable price! Thank you!

I have used this florist now for several years and they never disappoint. The arrangements are so fresh and beautiful. Everyone is pleasant and friendly to include the delivery personnel. Thank you for making everyone we send flowers to feel the love.

I purchased a boutonniere and a corsage for my daughter's prom on Monday, June 3rd. My daughter had it on for 10 minutes for photos and it already fell apart. We are so disappointed and won't ever use this florist again.

Just went in to purchase flowers for a good friend the entire experience was awful .2 girls are in the front trimming flowers a Spanish old man was the only one that came from behind to ask me if I needed help and it was like not asking him at all he just pointed to the flowers and told me these are for women and these are for men. then a young guy came from the back told me the same thing. I also asked how much are the roses and they told me 1 rose was $6.00 dollars so a dozen would be about $79.00 which is ridiculous I ended up going with an arrangement of which I asked if he can make me a fresh one and was told no because they were recently made. So I picked one that was already made and had to ask for a bag to put it in because hello it’s snowing he gave me an ugly black bag that was too small and didn’t fit then he went to the back brought out another black bag that was bigger and all wrinkled. Why a black bag in the first place and all wrinkled I said forget it then they brought a clear bag and told me to choose one. I tried to get a card but everything was Valentine’s Day cards and the ones that weren’t Valentine’s Day were black. The Spanish old man and every single staff no one was friendly at all and when you walk in it does not smell like fresh flowers no one even greets you . I wanted to run out and with my purchase and nothing but a clear bag to cary it on. I even asked if they had a regular cute teddy bear to add to the flower arrangement and they told me no all they had was Valentine’s Day did not at any point tried to recommend anything or upsell. It was horrible from beginning to end.

The Lil heavy set young lady with the black hair was dead set on making my experience hell.. I went a second time with apologies, to give this shop a second chance the girl was rude as hell. She wrapped it terribly, didn't listen to instructions, handled my expensive flowers poorly. MY DAUGHTER BIG MOMENT WAS TODAY ONLY.. ITS REALLY SAD..All I wanted was some beautiful flowers and to be treated as a paying customer.. They Should just have a sign that SAYS NO BLACKS .. 165 dollars 1 spent on these flowers and I had to WRAP THEM MYSELF.. SHE RUINED MY DAY AND FLOWERS ON PURPOSE. THE MANAGER NEED TO RUN THE CAMERAS AND SEE HOW POLITE I WAS ALL I WANTED WAS WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR... SHAME ON HER LOUSY SERVICE

The staff at Georgewood Florist achieved exactly what my wife was looking for; plus more. Their understanding, thoughtfulness and accommodation to the request couldn't have been fulfilled any more perfect. These were a great centerpiece for our son's communion gathering. THANK YOU!

Beautiful sympathy arrangement. I place the order online and the lady that called me was very kind. The bouquet came out amazing. The lady called me to let me know they had no yellow Lilly's left and used white ones. The arrangement came out amazing.
