As a female with no car knowledge, I have never felt comfortable bringing my car to the mechanic on my own until I started using Derick's years ago. Always honest and never pushy or "salesy", they are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Even my 9 year old commented on how nice Eve is! Truly a refreshing experience and diamond-in-the-rough in their industry. I am truly grateful to have found them!

I recently had an outstanding experience with Derrick's Auto Repair. My work truck's battery died unexpectedly, leaving me in a tight spot. Derrick's team responded quickly. Their service was not only fast and reliable but also very reasonably priced. The technician was professional and friendly, ensuring everything was running smoothly before they left. I highly recommend Derrick's Auto Repair for anyone in need of efficient and affordable auto services. Five stars all the way!

Eve and her team (Justin & Lance) is just fantastic! I wished I had found them sooner! I initially came here to replace a worn out tire and they took me in and replaced it very quickly with my used tire. I proceeded to ask about their services and reminded myself I must come back to perform more maintenance services. Honesty is the best policy for any business and they exemplify just that! They took great care of my car. I went there for replacement of all (4) Rotors and (4) Brake Pads. They gave some checks on a few things that I asked about and they said it was good. They could have told me it needs to be replaced and charged me more money but they didn't. Kudos on being honest! It is appreciated! They were super nice and welcoming. Lance, their Master Mechanic seemed very knowledgeable and approachable. I will continue to come back for all my car needs and recommend to others! Thank you!Service: Brakes

I have been going to Derick’s Auto for about 6-7 years. It is the one business I will always recommend. Eve runs the place with kindness and grace and it’s the only auto shop I’ve been to where I feel they are not trying to take advantage of their customers at any time. When I started going I treated it like any other mechanic and had my dad call for me so that I didn’t get scammed. Now I know better, Eve remembers and always asks about my family and never takes advantage. They are knowledgeable and quicker than anywhere I’ve ever been. Took my uncles car in right away weekend morning. Prior spoke to girl over phone who answers, she's very knowledgeable if you give her an idea of the problem. Was recommended to them by a good friend and only trusts them with their cars and now I feel the same way. A+ service
