I got a gel manicure and within 3 days it was bubbling and peeling off ( my daughters nails were too). I've gone before and it was great (lasted almost 3 weeks). We went back to get them fixed. I got a little push back and attitude but they fixed them (your nails are short, our customers never have this problem etc.). I was left feeling like it was my fault. When it was all done they charged me $10!!!!! I was so upset. What horrible customer service! Basically if I had gotten regular polish I would've been better off. If you go there, don't choose the gel polish with the gold caps. I'm never returning sadly. I was told that they only fixed 3 of my daughters nails but 5 of mine so I needed to pay!! For their mistake ?! And there were no other customers waiting so it wasn't like they were losing business. I almost just walked out and almost argued back but I had a $10 bill so I paid and walked out. When you pay almost $200 for services and you are dissatisfied you shouldn't have to pay again for their mistakes or their faulty polish. It would've been one thing if it was just my nails but it was my daughters nails too. BEWARE!!

After my experience, I wish I could’ve given a one star review. I went to De Ja Vue with my daughter after making an appointment. When I got there the staff spoke about my daughter in their own language and turned us away. They claimed that they had misinterpreted after seeing my daughter and knowing that she had been there already. We were very upset with this experience and are never going back to this location.

I came in after ignoring the bad reviews to get a pedicure because they where empty. I wanted a regular pedicure with white gel pain that’s it. I was informed a regular pedicure was 28 dollars ofc plus extra for the gel. At the register I was told my total price was 56 dollars. Now i write this review as a warning if you want to be up charged for a mediocre pedicure go here. I wish I could post what my pedicure looks like one day later the paint is already chippingService: Pedicure

Came in for a simply mani and pedi. WORST DECISION EVER!! Everything is upcharged $1 for clear coat $1 for top coat $1 to dry nails. They sold me slippers too small for my feet. Then because I'm black they ridiculed me for not spending more money they begged me for tips after each coat and they spoke their language over me during the whole session. The lady literally walked me to the door asking for tips. I'll never come here again snd I'll be sure all my friends both white and black abs Spanish know not to go to this place. I spent $56 for the pedi and they refused to do a French for whatever reason. She didn't even do the whole package for my pedi but I just wanted to get out of there. Now I have to look for an all black nail salon. I don't wish this experience on anyone no matter what color their skin is. These women were just disrespectful and rude and I made sure I didn't give them angry black womanly even though they was begging for it. I hate it!!! I'm gonna be racist to people when their racist to me from now on.

They did an excellent job with maintaining state mandates for separating customers, making sure everyone’s health was screened, and that face masks were worn. Very pleased!

The lady TOOK MY NAILS OFF WITH A METRO CARD ! The quality is awful, the extensions on the nails were not glued in a way that look natural, especially the thumbs. All for about $100 tip included. Worse nails I’ve ever gotten and completely overpriced!!! Don’t go here!

This place is expensive as hell! I came in one day for my birthday to do my nails because its across the street from my job and i had to go somewhere after work. Soo i come in, its around 1pm and not many people there. Like 2 or 3 clients. I tell them i would like tips. The lady at the first desk says okay have a seat. So im waiting. Didn't think it would take too long cause wasn't many clients. As im waiting im looking around the place, it looks nice but its not like 5 star nice id say about 3.5 stars nice, while saying to myself if they do my nails nice i'll think about coming back. I started looking at all these signs and prices for the services they have and i was getting a little scared at how high these services were, compared to what i normally see what it goes for. One of the ladies bill was about $100 and all she did was a mani pediand eyebrows, and she gave 20 dollar tip( you trying to adopt me? Cause YOU GOT MONEY HONEY) Once the nail lady came to me and brought me to her station she then proceeded to take my hands and prepare them, then ask me what i wanted..... *so youre tryna tell me you started working on my nails and didnt know what i wanted? ** lol. I told her i wanted coffin tips. She says okay pick a color, So i did. While i was picking a color she walked away into the back. Once i came back to the chair waiting for her she comes to tell me that they do not do tips. -_- they do some other thing thats similar but it dosnt last as long Thats not acrylic tips. So i asked them how much is their way anyways. She then told me $60 to dip your finger in powder .... im sorry what? Ill glady pay my $25 bucks at my salon.... but hey its "long island" lol yeah right. Its still queens. Taking my a** back to my salon.... only thing i would say is theyre tooo expensive. If youre trying to spend 100 bucks on your feet and hands by all means come here.
