No problems until we went to check out. The automated system is terrible. The machine kept rejecting valid coupons. On the third attempt we gave up and requested assistance. The rep tried unsuccessfully . We had to go to a cashier to check out. This is not the first time this has happened. Go back to live cashiers or purchase machines that are reliable.

The CVS Minute Clinic business model is not real healthcare. Ever since COVID, businesses think they can profit by putting any random employee in a pop up tent or closet and bill it as healthcare. There are two closets in the back of the store with no front desk. A person in each closet is responsible for managing the appointments, checking in patients, verifying insurance, taking copies of your ID, and your copay. Oh did I mention this person is also your healthcare provider? They aren't wearing name tags and don't explain if they have any medical licenses. The first mystery nurse/PA/pharmacist/janitor proceeded to yell at me for not telling her I was there because she already cancelled my appointment. I explained the text told me I would get a text to check in. She was furious. I ended up seeing the other mystery person who did my paperwork and asked my symptoms. She recommended an OTC medicine. She was very kind but clearly overwhelmed. As we were wrapping up when she realized she forgot to take my vitals! We found out I had a fever but she said that was only relevant because she needed to log it in the system.To end my experience, three hours later I got a text that CVS is now ready for me to check in for my appointment.

I am a 68 year old woman with many health issues. Today I gathered my purchases at CVS. I asked an employee, a young gentleman if he wouldn't mind helping me to my car with my belongings. His reply to me was exactly "I'll carry it for you but I like tips , I like money ". How absolutely disgusting has this generation gotten ?? Of course I would hv. Tipped, but not with an attitude like that ! What is the issue with these greedy creatures?! It was a Thurs. around 6: pm-6:30. A young black man in his 2o's?? I don't believe I'll be returning to this store again any time soon. Hustling older women is a low grade attitude. Please tell me Jamaica ave. Is not creeping into our hood. Yea I know it's eventually inevitable.

My experience at CVS Pharmacy was a mixed one. While the staff members were friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist customers in the absence of available carts, the lack of carts was a notable inconvenience. With some improvements in cart availability, CVS Pharmacy could further enhance its customer experience and ensure a more seamless shopping trip. Despite this shortcoming, the friendly staff made the visit more enjoyable, and I appreciate their efforts to provide quality service.

Worst experience! Scheduled an appointment here for covid pcr test, just before ten mins they called saying you have to pay 139$ as your insurance isn't accepted. Being surprised I asked what kind of insurance I didn't put any \\u0026 I tried to inquire further then the girl on the call started laughing and disconnected on me. Whereas other cvs do without insurance. Worst customer service! Staff is non cooperative \\u0026 non caring.Wanted to bring to manager or other several authorities asap.

The pharmacy at this CVS is horrible. Back in October I went to get a flu shot, made an appointment online, and when I went in was told the shipment they were expecting hadn’t arrived but would be in later in the afternoon to come back after 2pm. Ok no big deal so I return at 4pm only to be told not only did they not have an shots but they had no idea when the next delivery would be. I really don’t appreciate being lied to. Fast forward to august I need a PCR test so I schedule one, provide all the information they asked online and had a confirmation that my test would be performed the following day. All day I’m getting texts reminding me of my appointment with one only 45 minutes before my appointment. As soon as I pull up to the drive thru I’m told they don’t do testing at this CVS. The pharmacist“ claims” calls were made to tell people this but I received none. The person in charge of this pharmacy should be embarrassed by the utter lack of professionalism from their staff.

Terrible terrible pharmacists customer service! They do not even deserve 1 star! Turned their back to us when picking up my son's medication at drive thru. They looked at us and walked away. I called would go directly to voicemail. They would not acknowledge my son's needs at that moment. Filing complaint. Had to go to other CVS in Bellrose to get my son's medication. I really appreciate CVS in Bellrose!

They said walk in for Corona vaccine but we needed get appointments before we go. We tried to call to the store before we go but nobody answered the phone. Working staffs are kind,but system was awfully unpleasant.
