One of the worst Citibank branch I have ever experienced,I went to so many branches but nothing like this branch.I wanted to open an account for my son I went there three times but I couldn’t open an account,the person always unavailable,this branch is horrible,hope there is a manager to see people reviews and try to help their clients,many more banks around,eventually they will loose all the clients just bcoz of the service,soo sad

Citibank branch located in Floral Park Queens is a horrible branch.My Civic Association was having some difficulty with their customer support center. They required some information to keep the account active. Our civic association has been at Citibank for over 30 years. We went to the branch for assistance but it seemed they did not care for a customer of over 30 years.We submitted various documents for their requirements but none were acceptable.They wanted our Employer Identification Number verified from the IRS. They do not realize how difficult it is to contact the IRS these days. They threatened to block the account on August 3, 2022.They also wanted an address to be put on the NYS Division of Corporations.The Queens Colony Civic Association has been incorporated sinceJuly 05 1927.We gave them documentation on this but was not acceptable.We still have not received a phone call from the bank Manager on the status of our account. She indicated to me personally that she would call and let me know.To top things off I went to the bank to check the status of our account.I went to see Personal Banker Tassaiann Chambers. I signed in on their sign in sheet. I was told by another staff member that Ms Chambers was with another customer and it would take another 20 minutes to see me. No problem. Then she told me that after she was done with the current customer Ms Chambers was going to lunch and would be back in one hour.Totally unprofessional and ridiculous.We now have documentation that was received by US Senator Tom Suozzi and New York State Senator John Liu with the help of their staff.I truly hope it will acceptable by this Citibank branch located in Floral Park Queens NY. If they ever call me back.

I absolutely love this branch because of all the wonderful people who work there. I have an elderly mother and recently she did not want to come in to the branch due to her health and several people. I went in for her and they needed proof from her personally to protect her account. The manager came outside herself to my car to ensure my mother was comfortable with her banking transaction. I could not believe the level of concern she showed for my mother. The tellers are so welcoming and amazing in this branch. I know it sometimes gets busy but I think they are all worth the wait.

I hate this particular location. The girls behind the Window are food, it's the women in the cubicles that need help. Their personalities are stiff and they lack compassion. Also, they don't know their jobs completely hence why they lack in providing the best possible customer service. Every time I visit this location I leave asking myself why did I come here. I must be a glutton for punishment.
