The worst ever experience of my life in banking….. The pathetic Staff pathetic customer service….. Even third world underdeveloped countries have better bank services than this branch…… i suggest never to go in this branch…… No body in this bank cares and values for people time in this bank.
Even not a single star they deserve.!!!

Employees are no help what so ever. Every question they tell me or my wife to call the main office. Also a homeless hangs out harassing customers after hours. This location is a mess.

The WORST Chase branch I've ever experienced. POOR Management leads to POOR customer service. I'm pretty sure those employees are family hires as they are super unqualified to work. Unhelpful, lazy and rude. GO TO THE HILLSIDE BRANCH for the proper chase banking experience. This place needs to CLOSE ASAP! Please take your business elsewhere.

I visited this Chase Bank at 24720 Jericho Turnpike, Floral Park, NY 11001 with my sister. We share a Checking Account and wanted to speak to someone at the location who could help us remove my sister off one of my account. We had the displeasure of being assisted by someone named Raj Braich who was rude threw out the entire ordeal. He seemed annoyed to help us, spoke down to us, and when we asked questions he responded in distain. He looked down at us, not sure if it was because of our race or gender. But when he finished helping us he looked at his computer screen and said "looks all set". We waited for him to turn to us to tell us we could go and maybe say have a nice day. He didn't do that at all rather we sat for 30 seconds in awkwardness until we asked him if we could go, he shot a glance at us and said "yes" with a condescending attitude and then turned back to his computer screen. He is a horrible man with no respect. As we got up to walk away we turned around to say have a good day to him and he barely knowledge us. I will never come back to that location again. If this is the best Chase has what a sad excuse. He should be fired for the way he treats customers.

Such a good experience with Maria at this branch! She was very helpfull with all the information. Twice I made appointment at 182 hillside branch but they cancelled both the times. At floral park all the employees are really nice and helpfull.

Local chase. Entrance to parking lot off the main road can be troublesome in traffic, if you blink you'll miss it. Always nice service and quick with my needs at the window.

Very poor customer service. I came in to open a business account, I met with Lynne Valvo and she was very rude and condescending. On chase’s website they request two forms of ID to open a business account. I brought two forms of ID but was later told I had to have a green card or citizenship card to open the account. According to chase website the forms of primary ID can be passport, drivers license or your citizenship card I was refused service even though I had my drivers license. I called the branch before I came and was never told that it was a requirement. Felt targeted and disrespected how this situation was dealt with. Take my money and run!

So far my experience with this bank for so many years has been excellent and pleasant. I've never had a problem with parking, their employees and manager provides excellent service whenever I am in need or help. Such friendly staff. They were the one who helped me transition into mobile banking when it was just starting. Having an automated and mobile banking makes life easier, but their in-person service makes it a lot better. I will continue to use this bank branch for whatever bank business I needed.

HORRIBLE customer service! Their ATM (closest to the window) at my deposit! And they just shrugged and told me ti call the number. They said they would come out and help me and never dud. Poor poor service.

Since the Chase on Verbena avenue closed, I've been coming to this branch. Unfortunately, this branch is so unprofessional. POOR customer service, lazy employees, Some personal bankers do not even wear face masks walking around. I was being helped by a personal banker and as he was helping me he blew his nose, returned my ID and Card, and didn't sanitize. Def worth driving to another Branch.
