Employees are no help what so ever. Every question they tell me or my wife to call the main office. Also a homeless hangs out harassing customers after hours. This location is a mess.

Terrible terrible customer service, especially the woman called herself the assistant manager at the branch, totally unprofessional. Frankly where do they find these people???

I'm upset to give one star. Horrible customer service! By managers and reps when you need to open an account. Go somewhere else or good luck!
