My experience with All Area Realty Services has been very positive so far, our NYC condo switched to them a little less than a year ago, and I have been very happy with all my interactions. Mike Malagic is a great property manager, he has always been very responsive, courteous, professional, and effective. Highly recommended.

Recently, my husband and I have purchased a condo from AllArea Management. They have been great from day 1 of the process. Especially, Mike Malagic, the property manager of the Condo, has been amazing with any questions or concerns that we have had related to the building and its managemeny. He is extremely kind. His professionalism and knowledge of the property is flawless. Anytime we call or email, he is very quick to return back to us. We would like to thank Mike Malagic and All Area Management for all their guidance and hard work through our process of purchasing the Condo and after the process of moving in. It is very difficult to find an excellent property manager in Sunnyside area. We feel grateful to have Mike as our property manager and being part of All Area Realty Management.

I've been living in my co-op that's managed by All Area Realty for over a year and I have NO complaints. Mike Malagic, our building manager, is on duty anytime I need a question answered or help with my apartment logistics. Thanks, Mike!

All went downhill once All Area started managing where I reside. Our specific rep was Chris, arrogant and mostly unresponsive after a few months in. They let our insurance lapse due to negligence and took no accountability. Wouldn't recommend.

I am a shareholder, every time I went to the office for something (like I need the construction request form, gym room key) they ask me to email them, but they NEVER reply the email and NEVER answer the phone call!! WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!

I had to post here after yelp bc I have to say I am so pleased! Our condo manager has been so attentive and helpful with all the work being done on the building. He really makes sure we all know what’s going on and keep us updated regularly.
