Definitely have more products in stock than AutoZone near where I live, the detailing section is my favorite. I would give 5 stars but I do have to order car parts 9 times out of 10 which I could do at home.

I made an online order for pickup at2 jericho turnpikeI Walk in for my order I saw 2 gentlemen behind the counter, one of them taking care a customer and 2nd having a conversation about his private life. Make me wait a very long time until he finish the story.Not coming back to this place

Since 2016, I have been coming to this store location, and the people that work there are very helpful. I recently had corrosion on my car’s battery, and the associate tested the battery and cleaned up the corrosion. I was very happy with the customer service I received, and I even bought the corrosion cleaning product from the store. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts for all car and truck needs and maintenance!

Another bad experience with advance. Placed an order online for pickup. Website stated in stock ready for pickup in 30 min. 2 hours later no email. Checked the status through the app and stated in progress. Used the contact us option for live chat and of course no agent is available. I called the store to ask and was told the part needed to be ordered and won't be available until Monday (ordered at 2pm Saturday). Cancelled my order and placed another at AutoZone. Guess what? 30 min later I had what I needed. This is the 3rd time I had an issue with advance. There will never be another as I'm done with them. I'd give zero stars if that was an option

Needed a filter to change my oil. The associates behind the counter were helping myself l, and another customer. But the side conversation they were having was not appropriate for in the work place, let alone in front of customers.

I did online order and it was saying it was in stock like last time bit when i get there they told me i had to wait for delivery. I was here before for online order they give me different mobil 1 but they didn't told me the one they gave me was cheaper.but i got charged for the one i ordered (higher price)

Terrible experience, workers don’t want to help and will accuse you of “walking out with products that are not paid for” if you place an online order and try to pick it up, never had a company accuse me of such thing. I was told “we’ll if we give you the products, you can walk out and cancel the order.” I will cancel my order and not doing business with this company.
