Horrible service, the employees have no idea how to ring things up, the coffee is always empty and the place is messy. I would seriously recommend avoiding this 7/11

Watch the screen when they are ringing you up.... I can guarantee you something has been rung twice. And conveniently the receipts are faded when you ask for one!! Then when you bring it up no one knows what's going on. "Our prices are out prices", and ma'am I totally agree but not when my purchase is 3.50 more than it should be because you've scanned something twice. First time a mistake.... but each time I stop by not so much. And I don't go there often at all.

THIEF!! The nasty lady at the register is a thief! Check your receipts and app. She will make you pay full price, then enters your app for the discount so she can pocket the difference!!!! Happened more than once so I won’t go there anymore!!!

721 Flanders Rd, Riverhead, NY. In this 7eleven store you will pay much more than the prices on the shelves. The people who sell there always want to make money off of you. Instead of $5 with tax you will pay 6-7. For about 10 visits to this store, they counted me right only 2 times. Only because I pointed out to them why they cheat. I won't go there anymore because I won't be robbed. They never give a receipt!!!

Parking lot is filled with garbage from all of the people who loiter there 247. Also they don't restock anything especially the food that's always expired.

The times I have gone there is rarely any coffee made, also no napkins! It's always so dirty and messy. I asked the cashier for naptkins she said she didn't speak English! You need to train your people, she had no idea how to use or scan the app.
