Very sloppy work. Don’t brush car enough to get the dirt off when you enter. Once you get out to drying area the workers don’t dry it properly if you only get the exterior done they give a quick wipe and expect a tip. If you do the 25$ job they do a better job but use dirty towels and leave the inside of the front windshield full of grime that makes it hard at night driving. Never blow the water out of mirrors so when you drive away all the soapy water winds up on the side as white streaks. Never ever wipe down wheels/rims even though you pay for it. And the tire shine appears to be watered down because it’s non existent by the time you get home. The owner appears to be a nice guys but maybe needs to speak to his cleaners about the quality of work since customers are paying for it.

Called them all week to try to make an appointment to have my car detailed, left messages that were never answered. So today I made sure I got there before they opened, before they got too busy. When they did open at 8:15 rather than 8am as advertised the attendant told me that I could either have the interior detail since I wanted the seats shampooed or the exterior since I was looking for have it waxed by hand with a buffer. When I told him I really was looking for both, I was told he didn't have time for that and that I should of called and made an appointment. When I informed him that I DID call, left messages and no one called back he just shrugged his shoulders in indifference. I have gone there for some of there express services before and have been happy but apparently returning business is not that important to them so in the future I will look elsewhere where my business is appreciated because return business doesn't seem to be a priority for Woodman Wash & Wax.
