I have been there several times, making deposits. There are two tellers, but primarily, only one serves the clients. It is the slowest branch of any bank in the area.

Bad service at the ATM, I spent one night withdrawing money and the next day I stopped by at the same time and I see that I need more than 200 dollars and I'm calling the store and they don't answer. Bad service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the incompetence displayed by Wells Fargo Regional Branch Manager, Richard Tanner. His actions have led to the closure of my business accounts, causing me immense stress and extreme inconvenience.Mr. Tanner failed to communicate important information to me, failed to confirm that everything has been accurately updated on their end, and ultimately displayed a complete incompetence in their own process of data filing.This has been a deeply frustrating experience that has cost me both time and money. The process of re-opening my accounts was needlessly complicated, and I was forced to endure long wait times and multiple frustrating phone calls. The closure of my accounts has also created significant disruption in my business operations, which has been incredibly stressful.The matter was escalated to Wells Fargo's customer service team, and the outcome was nothing more than a simple "I'm sorry you had a negative experience." Horrible customer service. Came in and was not greeted. Had to wait around for someone to finally talk to me. I was asked if I needed help opening a checking account and I said no I need help with online banking. Big mistake, suddenly no one was available till after 3 o clock.Who would open an account at a bank with this kind of customer service? Especially with reputation Wells Fargo has you think they would be going above and beyond for potential new customers.Definitely don't have these problems at Chase.

The entire staff was extremely nice! And helpful; they helped me exchange money, and made sure I got it before our trip. Both Trish , Richard and the manager were sooo nice! My husband even said that made him want to open an account with them as well. They also helped with my name change without any problems thank you to this lovely staff. There should be more places like this.

I have been banking here for 8 years and never had a problem. The people who work there are always helpful and courteous. Sometimes you have to wait but that's with any bank.

This is the first time I have come to the ATM recently and hours were added. If you get there before 7 am the ATM screen says out of service. Not sure how recently this happen, in the past the hours weren't strict. Not sure why there is an ATM if one can't access it after 5pm until 7 am...

I’m a new client and was going to activate my card at the ATM. I was out of my car no more than 4 seconds when the “security officer” hounded me and asked me of my intentions to use the bank. I was going to get a coffee started at the bakery in the same lot. It’s 9:30am on a Monday. Two other cars in the lot. There’s a time max of 20 min. Is 4 seconds taking away from a line of clients trying to park? Cuz I didn’t see anyone. Get a new protocol. So unfriendly. I’ll go to a different WF for my banking at this point.

Miserable. They took way too long for opening just one account. They even had the paperwork and everything on file ALREADY from previous accounts opened. They made several mistakes (had help from even the manager who didnt help AT ALL!) and had to redo everything. It was an ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE TIME AND MESSED UP EVERYTHING!!
