The manager, Nickeisha, was super rude as her staff asked questions and looked for information that had nothing to do with my transaction. I was literally asked if I know who currently lives at a past address. I went in for a new watch, which had nothing to do with my old address. I presented my current driver's license, which matched the information on my account.
When I first encountered the first staff member, she told me to go outside to order the watch online. I had questions about what was available and asked for another sales person because I did not come to the store to order online. I told Nickeisha, who said that is nothing that is just her personality. All the staff needs to be retrained, and Nickeisha needs to be fired for allowing staff to act the way they are. I filed a complaint with Verizon.

Battery expanded went to store rep jawan (spelling?- sorry) gave me info for claim w asurion. Replacement phone was backordered. Phone had protection plan. Rcvd emails about status- last on 7/25 said call. Diff rep just as nice as first one expedited replacement to be delivered that evening. Rep who arrived w phone great Jonathan H. Went to store today and staff wad absolutely fantastic. Neikeisha and Gregory who is very personable transferred all info to new phone. The interactions with all other staff with other customers was great. Thank you all.

I had an excellent experience with this Verizon store. They were very helpful and fixed my phone in under 10 minutes. Madison was very helpful and would highly recommend using this store

Bought iPad a month ago in Verizon of fishkill. I had some issues and online rep told me I could get help in store. Well I go in store and the ladies there start telling me that I have to talk to someone online, they can’t do nothing about it. lady was insisting I charge my iPad too much like she seen it.
Verizon fishkill offered no viable solution's, no suggestions on what I should do next. I don’t know if it’s the laziness, lack of education I don’t care. They basically told me too bad girly!
Specifically the ladies who sit at the desk in the back of the store.
Don’t buy devices at Verizon fishkill because if something goes wrong they literally won’t have the answer for you!
It took me going to a diff location to get some help.

I bought a phone here last week had an issue with it and tried to return it. I was told by the manager josh at the store that i could not return it without paying a fifty dollar stocking fee even though the phone didnt work. i was yelled at by the manager josh and told that he is the manager and he makes the rules. i asked to speak for contact information of the regional manager and was told he doesnt have it and he makes the rules for this store. i proceeded to call custom service immediately and they refunded me and sent me a new phone.

A huge thank you to Monica for helping me out! She was so kind, helpful, and supportive to find me the best deal for my phone when I accidentally broke mine. You can tell she truly values her job and values customer service. If you have to go to Verizon make sure you see Monica!

Signed in when I got there, the lady said they will call me when its my turn. Well all the other people ahead of me left and it was just me waiting. A few employees went somewhere in the back and I waited another 20 min. And still nothing. So I told the lady who checks people in I'm leaving and she just looked at me and didnt say anything, not even a nod. That was the first and last time i will do bussiness with that store.

Jeff S. is such a well spoken intellectual. He absolutely made my day and helped my family so much. As someone who has social anxiety he was so easy to communicate with and was very throughly informative. I’m so happy I received his help and knowledge today! Thanks again Jeff! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at The Verizon store in Fishkill. I was assisted by Monica who is knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions with a full explanation. She was tremendous. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a phone, tablet or any other device. Kudos to you Monica for a job well done ?.

Jeff S provided exceptional customer service to my fiance and me ! His product knowledge and familiarity with cell services is phenomenal. Beyond all that, his friendliness and patience was remarkable. Jeff took the time (and it was a lot) to set up our new phones and transfer service from another provider. We are very grateful for his outstanding customer service !
