We’ve had terrific service over many years having multiple vacuum cleaners serviced &/or repaired. Saved us lots of $$$s in replacement costs; the practice of which our disposable society is so accepting of. Grateful for a knowledgeable & honest craftsman who really knows his trade.

If I could do zero stars I would. Where I do began? He called my name weird ( not being cultural sensitive that my name is a famous Muslim women who changed the religion) he claims I ruined my “shampooer” I only used it once. The place is filthy and he clearly has his biases against African Americans. Apparently my “shampooer was not supposed to be dirty “. It really giving old white man who is racist , working in dirty smelling like cigarettes who don’t like his job. I would have rather went to Connecticut.

Al, such an honest man. I brought my Dyson in for repair (not even googling what could be the matter) and his first question to me was, "Have you checked the filter?" Of course I hadn't. He suggested I go home, rinse the filter and give it a go. He wished me a good day and I thanked him for his honesty. Definitely will return for service......after reading the manual, next time!

My $200+ vacuum stopped working after 6 months. Coming from a family with respiratory illnesses, this vacuum is considered es to essential. Within a few days, a new vacuum had been ordered by the shop from amazon. The only downside was that I needed to go and pick it up. Amazon should have sent the item directly to me, and not the store, since driving to and from the shop itself was costly in time and tolls.Aside from Amazons shenanigans, this shop tried it's best to fix the unfixable, but either way I left with a brand new vacuum.

A gem in the neighborhood as Al was able to bring my Eureka vacuum back to life. Before buying a new vacuum I decided to give the Vac Shop a try. I now believe my vacuum is performing better than when I first bought it. I’ve had this vacuum for 8years. The cost of repair was not expensive at all.

Honestly, this is maybe the second review I have ever made in my life. But whoever I spoke to on the phone was horrible. One word answers, very bland, and then I heard him call me a jackass in the background all because of confusion based off his inability to give more information and being cold with his answers. No one is just going to hand $425 (with tax) off a business credit card unless they are sure about the product. Are you that lazy to give more information??The worst thing about it is I own a cleaning company and I was going to buy a $425 vacuum from him. If that vacuum worked out well, I was going to purchase three more, along with being a consistent customer. They just lost company because of the arrogance and ignorance of this man. He must be doing very well to treat customers the way he does because I don't understand it.And I mean, it's not like he is making these vacuums himself. He is just a middle man for a manufacturing company. I'm just blown away.I hope he changes his attitude and I hope his business along with every small business flourishes, but i have never been seen anything like it. Unreal!!!
