“I needed an “affordable”, yes, but also a dependable car, and I was fortunate enough to find Affordable Auto and Matt Ramsay.He showed me a couple different vehicles, and gave me time to decide which was the best fit; I ended up buying a Toyota Camry, and I am happy with it: runs well, gets decent gas mileage and has lots of features, especially considering the price I paid.The best part about buying from Matt, however, is the customer service he has provided. My car had a check engine light come on after I had purchased it, so I called and asked him about it. He fixed it very shortly afterwards, and charged me nothing for his expertise and his labor.A couple of weeks later, I wondered about the health of the timing belt, since my car has been around more than twenty years. A mistake was made on my registration and upon realizing the mistake some time later. I returned to see Kyle and Tammy and they not only assured me they would correct the mistake, but their communication during the process was quick and to the point. “Scott, the owner, was super nice and followed through with everything he said he would with the car I bought. I got a really nice 2010 Honda Civic for a great price! It runs excellent and haven't had any problems with it.If you're going to buy a car from here, just know you're buying salvaged vehicles that have been rebuilt. But that's the great thing about Scott, even though the way he does things is a little different, you get a much better price than you would anywhere else. You may have to wait a couple months if you're interested in a car that hasn't been re-titled yet. I had to wait 2 months for my car from when I put the down payment on it, but the savings and quality of the car were well worth the wait! I would definitely buy a car from Scott again.It's hard to trust car dealers, and one can easily feel like they're getting scammed, but Scott was true to his word from beginning to end and I'm loving my Honda.”
