It’s always a pleasure to use their services. The owners and the staff are always happy to take care of you; you never get the feeling you’re annoying them or you’re only there as a “sale”. They have all the office services you might need; without having to have your own office.The prices are very reasonable and service is always efficient, professional, and cordial.

Their customer satisfaction is truly unmatched especially with printing services. I get all my printing done here, their quality is phenomenal and like I said customer service is fantastic. I will be a customer for life!!

nice place sent out package to my wifes..aunt......but while in their someone had a case of bad BO...... smelled like the inside of a foot locker that was never cleaned out

Once I came here and the employees asked me to open my packages and show them their contents. I told them that no liquids or anything flammable or illegal was inside the packages. There was something very valuable that I bought on Amazon that I was not going to show to a stranger. In my experience, UPS always delivers late. Spend your money wisely on FedEx or USPS. I paid for a next day air delivery and it will be delivered in four days. If you request the package to be delivered to a UPS hub, you have to pay more. They will always attempt deliveries while you are working and return to sender after three failed attempts. FedEx does deliver after work if you ask them. All the packages that I sent to Puerto Rico are late. Their costumer service always tells me there is nothing they can do. I try to avoid this delivery company as much as possible and I ask sellers online NOT to deliver with them. I suggest you do the same thing. Avoid UPS, it's expensive, it's late, it's rude, it's frustrating and it's not worth it.

In all of my years of dealing with shipping locations for my business I’ve never encountered a ruder staff. Absolutely horendous customer service, horrible representation of the UPS brand. This was my 3rd attempt to use the location thinking my last 2 over the past years were one offs…. My fault for being optimistic. The woman that manages the location is horribe, rude, and completely incompetent.Please belive me, its worth the extra 8 min to use one of the other locations in the area.

I am always treated courteously when I go to this store. Everyone is very helpful and if I have an Amazon return, I am always in and out in less than a minute. If you take responsibility to follow Amazon's instructions or research the instructions for your own package, it will be a pleasant experience.

Website stated they have notary service. I called to confirm based on reviews and sure enough, they don’t offer the service! False advertisement!!

The staff at this store is incredibly rude and I actually dread when I need to drop off a parcel. Going forward, I will be traveling out to the Hopewell Jct. location.

They are rude and inconsiderate. Amazon should not use this store. I am writing a letter to the CEO of UPS. It is so frustrating being told by Amazon that I can set back 5 unopened curtain panels in one box. I get to the UPS store and am told they will not send it out because I have two QR codes. Never offering a solution,....just saying they won't do it. I even had the operator from Amazon say it can be done. Still UPS said they won't do it. The Fishkill store absolutely stink. This is not the first time I have trouble with them. I was told if a box is opened, which by the way, they had to opened it so I could separate the order into two boxes, that I would have to tape it up. I reminded him he opened it, so he could tape it up again and to do it in front of me so I can see its done. He acted like he was doing me a favor by taping it up again. I will never use this store again.

I used them for a cross-country shipment of multiple art pieces won at an auction. They were reasonably priced, very communicative, quickly processed my shipment, and the packaging was very professional. The works of art were very fragile and included glass. All arrived in perfect condition. Finally, they did not over-tape all the packaging making it impossible to open. My feeling is they know what they're doing, and they pride themselves on doing great work.I hope to use them again someday. Thank you for making things easy!
