Sandi and Bill were extremely helpful when we encountered an issue with non-matching tile. They worked closely with the warehouse to ensure the replacement tile was from the same lot that we needed so the pattern would correctly line up. Sandi also went the extra mile to make sure the tile arrived quickly so there was no delay with our contractor. They have a great selection of materials for any project you may have. Thanks again!!

They were fine to work with but I feel like I was doing most of the work and constantly following up on back order pieces. Our bathroom project changed dimensions post ordering and when I asked if I could return extra tile they said yes, but when I went back with the tile they said no because it was special order. One and done here.

Even in the chaos of moving the store to a new location, we received our tile on time and received top notch customer service thanks to Sandi.Sandi is the absolute best! Kind, knowledgable and diligent. She took the time to show us all different options and shared great advice for all of our tile projects. Highly recommend Terra Tile in Fishkill!! Sandi was not only helpful but very knowledgeable. The installers were so neat and professional. The selection was great and my quartz was in stock so no wait.They have a machine that measures so you don’t have to take counters off beforehand!! I am going back for my backsplash and sent Sandi pics that she wanted to see of my counter. Very happy with everyone at Terra Tile!!

An amazing selection with even better customer service. Sandi is a treasure! She's knowledgable, kind and has great taste. We had everything we needed for our bathroom remodel and we're absolutely thrilled with the way it came out. Sandi even called multiple places for us to get our tile in a timely fashion. The horrible customer service. Lady who works there or owner is super judgmental and rude. Who wants to shop in a place where you are made to feel uncomfortable??? I will never spend my money there.

Wide selection of very attractive tiles; they were very helpful about making our choice. They had our order within a day, and provided follow up help before we installed. It's clear they know their business and are eager to help whoever walks in the door. You can't find this kind of service at one of the big chain stores.
