I love shopping here by myself or with my mom. We always find great deals on beautiful clothing, and the customer service is top notch with plenty of staff to assist you in any way. The store is very clean and organized too, to help you feel relaxed while perusing for the perfect items. The fitting rooms offer a pleasing atmosphere where you feel safe and comfortable to try on your choices as well. If you've never tried Talbot's clothing before, or have only shopped with them online, then I highly suggest you try their lovely in-store experience.

Due to an online glitch in the Talbots system, an order placed for pick up did not appear at the Fishkill location.As I and the sales associate Michelle will not get back the hour she spent dealing with the customer service department, I would be remiss if I did not express my gratitude to her for her persistence in resolving this issue.She was extremely professional and should be the benchmark for every person that works in your company.Observing the other staff members during my visit left me knowing this Talbots location is the place to go for great service!? thank you!

great women's store...I've never had more pants than tops in my life until I shopped at Talbots! The manager Kathy is wonderful...goes over and beyond for you...as well as the salespeople.

Have been looking for a place to buy some new casual clothes, FOUND IT! This place was exactly what I was looking for in a store. Great quality, selection and atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Such a nice change from the Galleria Mall in Middletown. I’ve also been to the Talbot Outlet in Central Valley, but the actual store is completely different in every way. It appears very upscale from the outside and inside, but I got some great finds and enjoyed shopping tremendously. Worth the trip.

This store is a jewel. Remember when salespeople cared about you and helped you in a store? Well, it still happens here! I go every couple years (I try to hit a good sale when possible.) and gather lots of items! A salesperson will set up a fitting room for you and will help you take things there while you're shopping. If something doesn't fit and you need a new size, they will go get the right size FOR YOU! Amazing! (Big shout out to Olga, who is just one of the nicest people and super helpful.) They will order things online for you if they don't happen to have it. There are few stores that still do this and it really is wonderful. If you hit a good sale, it's the same as shopping elsewhere. If you don't, you still get such great service and the quality is MUCH better quality, that it's worth it. Highly recommend.

Recently my niece came to visit from out of town. We visited Talbots Wappingers Falls after enjoying lunch at a local restaurant. Unfortunately, I became ill in the store and asked to use the ladies room. I was told that due to COVID I could not. I asked a second time explaining that it was an emergency. The manager said NO, that I would have to go elsewhere. I ran from the store into a restaurant a few buildings away. The bartender could see my distress and promptly showed me the restrooms. Where I became violently ill. I am shocked that anyone would turn someone away with a medical emergency. Especially one woman to another. They are very friendly if you are purchasing. Since then, I have, as all of you have, received coupons for the store. They were promptly placed in the circular file. Please be aware of how you will be treated in this store.
