Been in there many times. Tried to go in today, and could not believe the ignorant attitude of the lady who worked there. I turned around and walked out. Just because she is having a bad day, doesn't mean she needs to take it out on customers. I hope she knows there are other places to buy cigars.

Nasty girl at counter, multi color hair with tattoo. Rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to check a ticket for me was not sure if I won. Usually others are nice there.
