Sam’s club employees are more concerned with their breaks and viewing their phones than customers. While there they did not acknowledge me at all and could careless. When a question was asked they said to go ask someone else.

Hi there, No Talleres available, many self checkout units. I spend 40K every year shopping at Sams club for my business and personal use.I suggest that the customers that use the app to pay or self check out should get an extra discount because we are saving the club to pay extra employees and their benefits.Things are not cheap at the club.That is my feedback.Thank you,

Went on my lunch break today .. women at customer service desk extremely rude would not help told me not my problem!! I then asked another employee for help she walked away and never came back ! I wanted to sign up for a membership!! Nope rude employees horrible customer service

Check the case of beer before purchasing next time. There was a broken glass bottles inside my case but no liquid stain showed on the box and the Box didn’t look wet nor damaged. It probably dried during delivery. But broken glasses came out from the bottom of box and my car trunk is full of broken glass pieces.

Always clean and well organized. I appreciate being able to do Scan and Go. It makes shopping here very simple. Also, cant go wrong with 5% back on all purchases if you have the Sams card with the top tier membership.

Big store a bit crowded for me. I can get the same deals at BJ's I find it odd youvhave self check out and you can check out on your phone then when you leave you stand on line of 6 or more customers and then they rescan everything in your cart understanding that people steal but it kind of defeats the purpose maybe they should have more then one employee doing this job instead of employees walking around doing nothing from what I saw hmmmm sort of like Walmart

The employee's at this SAM'S CLUB , are not helpful at All and only cause more of a headache to the Customers ! Like Indian lady at check out , confused 5 separate Customers, where she had leave cause she was getting yelled at for making them move back and forth from different lines.

Don’t use the AT&T company in Sam’s club Fishkill, they are scamming people. I’ve had so many challenges it’s unbelievable. The worst customer experience ever. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Besides the store always being busy walking around with filled carts is not safe. Each aisle is blocked which prevents you from seeing around the corner so today a lady hit me with cart.On top of that they do not take apple pay, so don’t go here if you don’t have a card or full cash ready

A lot of different things them the other box stores. The bakery make good cakes. The hot dog and pretzels is very good.
