We stayed at the hotel for Thanksgiving weekend. The hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was open and kids had lots of fun swimming. The hotel is located near a pond and far enough from main street. Our room was quiet and Brite.Highly recommend. We will be back soon.Nearby activities: Waterfall and beautiful restaurant in Beacon

Knocking 3 stars down for the service. We are gold elite Marriott bonvoy members who have spent close to 10K this year. We had driven up for a hike. Checking out this morning around 11 AM, we requested a bottle of water for the road. This Middle Aged white woman at the front desk claimed she had no bottled water left. We would have to pay for the water at the vending machine. My husband asked if she could check. She again claimed there was no water. He asked her to check, the 3rd time. She begrudgingly opened the cabinets and boom, there were water bottles. Seriously????? Is she just lazy? Or is she deliberately trying to ensure bad experience for hotel guests? Needless to say, we will never stay at this location because there are plenty of Marriott hotels nearby. Terrible service.

Didn't stay. Poor customer service. As a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, you'd think they would treat you better.

I worked in a major midtown hotel in New York City and stayed at hotels all over the world. I was impressed with this venue. Plenty of free parking and an inviting lobby. The front desk staff is very professional and welcoming to all. Went there for the AAA driver's course, being held in one of the meeting rooms off the main lobby. It's the small details; the HVAC was well modulate. It never got too cold or hot and stuffy. The carpet was clean and maintained, ceiling tiles clean. There is an impressive guest Breakfast buffet. Beyond the cold dry cereals and yogurts found at some motels. Waffles you prepare, scrambled eggs, pastries, to name a few. There is no onsite restaurant, but there are plenty of restaurants and fast food places nearby. There's a small store with snacks and beverages next to reception. There was a wedding going on, I imagine in a ballroom somewhere in the motel. Some of the amenities are: a putting green near the entrance, well appointed fitness center, indoor pool, business center, free WiFi, an area with children's activities, covered and open air seating area. There are probably more that I'm unaware of.

The location was perfect for visiting FDR Library in Hyde Park and touring West Point.Walkability: Short walk to shopping and restaurants.Noteworthy details: Tanika was working at the front desk and we can not say enough good things about her! She was so friendly, most professional, helpful and ALWAYS had a big smile on her face. She actually made us feel like she was so happy we were staying at the hotel.

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and the room was comfy. The only slight disappointment was with the breakfast, which was just OK and wastefully served on disposable plates and cutlery.

This was a great stay. Everything was perfect, from the room to the employees at this location. Those are the front desk and those who clean the rooms as well as the ones who work in the kitchen. They all made this a perfect stay. I will definitely be back to this location. I have no need to try s different place. This had everything I needed and would want in an extended stay. Marriott keeps the bar high...

Very nice hotel. Nice and clean. Was very busy with weddings. Basic breakfast with eggs,sausage,pancakes or waffles, cereal, etc. Biggest issue we had was the shower leaked all over the floor. Had to pile 4 or 5 towels on the floor to stop water from flooding. Told staff. They did nothing. Had to deal whole trip with this. No room change no compensation.

It is centrally located for me. I've been going to the springhill suites side for a long time, this is the first time I stayed in the residence inn side. Much better than the springhill side, but I like the service on both sides. Can't beat the breakfast, which you can feast on. The coffee was great also. Will definately return to the residence inn next time I visit.Rooms: Very spacious, and I love the kitchenette, had everything I needed.

Spacious rooms. My room even has the space for a full kitchen. Nice dining table with chairs. Nice size sheet with bathroom. Comfortable living room area and desk for working away from home.

People friendly and dog friendly. Clean and spacious. Decent breakfast and good recommendations for local places. If Trip Advisor wants people to write reviews then they shouldn't have a requirement of 200 characters! I'm not bothering to write another one.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. At check in we were greeted warmly and the entire process took less than a minute. Our room had a king sized bed and a sofa bed. It worked well for two adults and two children. The room was extremely clean and everything looked brand new. There was no noise coming through from adjacent rooms which is a huge plus for me. Room service was excellent and when we asked for anything, it was delivered promptly. The pool was well maintained and had enough towels for every guest. The breakfast was excellent! It was much better than I was expecting. The buffet included scrambled eggs, seasoned potatoes, bacon, sausage, bagels, oatmeal, croissants, various cereals, muffins and assorted juices. The coffee was also good. The location is in a business park but it’s right off 84 and very easy to get to. I plan on staying here again in the future!

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite on 3rd floor. Adequate breakfast (bagels, eggs, juices) but they no longer have pancakes or waffles. The 2 bedroom executive suite have 3 tvs and each room has its own bathroom and TV. Rooms are opposite one another which us the biggest plus. Towels soft. Poor WiFi. Walking distance to a CVS and a 15 minute drive to the FDR home.
