Wrong order was delivered. What we ordered and paid over $2300 for has not yet been received. Showroom personnel initially had no satisfactory solution and wanted us to keep what we did not order. After another discussion with the showroom, we were told that our vanity will be reordered and the wrong vanity can be returned. Appreciate having a frustrating situation turned around for the better. Looking forward to a happy ending.

Good selection, decent prices. Their lead times are longer than the other supply places including Home Depot & Lowes, online....Was overcharged by $1200 because of a wrong invoice, which they corrected, then they delivered the wrong order but did exchange it out. Their follow up is not good at all! No response to multiple calls, emails...ever...even when dealing with multiple sales personnel you just have to wait & wonder! Still waiting....

Exceptional customer service! My husband and I came in to ask for help rerouting our laundry. Kevin really took the time to give us suggestions and tips on how to complete our project. Kevin is such a pleasant person!! Excellent service! We will be his clients forever! ❤️

Had hot water heater issues, needed new tank. Old one still under warranty. Called this store and dealt with Tim. From the get go I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. Knowledgeable but the best was how courteous he was. Was in constant communication either via emails or phone. Made the situation bearable and kept my \\\"stress\\\" level in check. What a sweetheart. Fishkill, this guy is an asset.

The associate that answered phone was not very nice nor accommodating. When answering he kept replying uh huh yeah uh huh yeah uh huh yeah. Also told me that a direct natural gas water heater be would take several weeks to be delivered. Not happy. He told me to use other suppliers didn't even want to assist.
