Chris was very professional while juggling three separate customers. The way he was able to handle multiple customers at once shows how much of an asset he is to your company. No one left angry due to having to wait cause of the way he addressed everyone. He made sure to address all of our questions/concerns while showing us multiple options. We did not feel pressured at all. We look forward to getting our new mattress. At the end of the day. Chris was able to make two out of three sales. The only reason the third sale was not made is cause the lady said she was undecided. Chris is a true asset to your company and is full of knowledge that many people can benefit from.

Although Devin was our main salesman, BOTH Devin and Chris were extremely helpful, kind, and patient with us! We walked away with a great mattress at a great price, more than satisfied with our visit! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Woke up one morning and decided I could no longer sleep on my current mattress. I called Mattress Firm, read the label off the last mattress and Chris was able to find a comparable mattress, setup purchase and delivery time all in about 45 minutes! Great job Chris!

I went in to buy a new mattress for my back because I have back problems and we had Joshua as our helper and he was fantastic very patient and knowledgeable about every aspect of the mattress and I was able to pick the perfect mattress and pillows I needed so when you go inside I'd definitely recommend asking for Joshua because he will make sure he gets you what you need!!!
