What I am about to write about happened last month. I was at Lab Corp in westage getting my blood drawn and everything was going fine. I had left and noticed I left my purse there and immediately when back when I noticed. Low and behold, my purse had vanished. I called the state police and they reviewed the footage, a little after I had left a worker was seen *on camera* walking out into the parking lot with something under her jacket (my purse) she was clenching her arm to the jacket and proceeded to throw something under a car (my wallet) and kick it. Then she decided to MOVE HER CAR to the other side of the parking lot and proceed on with her day. It is very ironic my wallet was found right where she threw something on the ground. This was not just 50 dollars on cash I had. I had a little north of 600 dollars in my wallet and every single PENNY was gone (she literally took my change too). This is the same woman who said that she would have her supervisor call me and kept asking if I "had any luck" finding my belongings. No I didn't because you're the one that stole it!! Also, obviously the supervisor never called me. The state police had went there to get her to confess, she did not. So basically she got away with stealing all my cash, my Moschino bag, my AirPods, and my burberry perfume. At least you can smell good now sister! You know exactly who you are and I hope karma bites you where it hurts, have the year you deserve. You should be ashamed of yourself for stealing from someone 2 weeks before Christmas. As for patients reading this, I would suggest Quest Diagnostics off Main Street to get your blood drawn, and if you're going to continue going here; watch your belongings like a hawk. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Very poor service. The staff is not very respective with patients especially older people and rude behavior with all. They need to be trained well.

Why do we have to do the job of a receptionist with the check in process?? It’s NOT efficient, it’s very confusing for some people and the lady at the desk sees them struggling and doesn’t care to help!

Everytime I go to Fishkill Labcorp I am always greeted with a friendly smile by Jennifer. Her customer service skills are excellent. She can make a person having a bad day into a pleasant experience. I am a retired NYS Parole official, and never met a more professional medical service person then Jennifer. Her skills in withdrawing blood is painless. She always end the visit with "have a great day".Because of Jennifer.I will always use the services of Fishkill Labcorp.

I went to this location despite the uneven reviews. I made an appointment online. Everything about my experience was outstanding. Brief wait time from check in to service. Extremely competent phlebotomist. Rapid results.

The long time Labcorp technician/front end person is professional and a very nice and pleasant person. Plus, she knows how to draw blood well because it didn't hurt when I went in today. I can only imagine the entitled, miserable and nasty clients the personnel have to deal with on a regular basis. So, she is to be highly commended for her efforts. The intake person up front was very cordial as well.

I called 3 days ago and left a clear message with phone number. They have yet to call back. I just wanted to confirm an appointment I had made in June for this month in Fishkill. Since they appear to be unconcerned, I will attempt to cancel.

I highly recommend LabCorp, in Fishkill, NY. Very clean, the techs work with each other as a Team. I feel confident, not afraid of being jabbed. I have rolling tiny veins. Quite a challenge. Last week, I had the pleasure of meeting Julie. Extremely competent & caring. This is what is missing in most Labs. Since I have been going here for years, I get very hesitant & antsy when a Drs group demands you go to their labs. Not me. LabCorp is the ONLY reliable Lab I frequent & trust. Do not hesitate on your choice of Laboratory for your blood work, or any other procedure. A+

Every time I go here the ladies are so nice!! They’re always so happy and accommodating (I usually pass out so laying down is the way to go for me) they’re gentle taking the blood too. Nothing but GREAT experiences here!!

Interestingly my experience echos many other reviewers when I thought the technician was just having a bad day. On 12/19 I called my PCP to send an order for a routine blood draw to this labcorp Fishkill location, located one floor below them, in preparation for a physical on 1/3. My doctor called later that same day to confirm with me it had been done. I arrived at this labcorp on 12/28 at 7AM and was initially greeted by a woman whom I sensed was put out I was there. This attitude softened as we further engaged in conversation. Stating that an order had been sent for a blood draw, she found my profile but could not locate the order. After being refused the service, I left somewhat confused. I drove back home, a 45 minute round trip, and called my doctor after they opened. They once again confirmed that the order was in fact in the system. They said they would then fax it to them to alleviate any confusion. Since I learned my lesson, I called Labcorp at noon on the 28th to try to confirm they had received it. I did not want to show up on the 29th and be refused service again. Not having received a return phone call, I called again at 3:55 pm and left a second message (this time a bit snarky). We are now 4 days past and I still haven’t received a phone call. I relayed my poor experience via a form I submitted on line to their corporate office. Patti G. responded but it was a pat response asking for my PCP info. and then a follow up email just to confirm that indeed an order for a blood draw exists in my profile. They totally missed the point of my email prompting me to believe Patti G. is nothing more than a bot. So I conclude, since this location struggles with completing the simplest of tasks, I certainly wouldn’t trust them with anything more complicated. Also, as there seems to be no interested in my poor experience from corporate, this level of customer care is acceptable to them. I will work with my doctor to find services elsewhere. I do know that Adam Schechter is the current CEO and will take the time to alert him to my experience and that of so many others.

I have been to Lapcorp numerous times. The desk staff is very friendly and the techs are very nice and efficient. I like that I can check in from my car and wait there until I am called. Easy to book appointment online also. Bravo to Lapcorp.
