I have gone to several watch repair places where they would inform me the watches are not fixable, Rafael and his son are above and beyond skilled and talented And I am lucky to have my watches service by them. One of my watches I had to wait for a few months to get the replacement parts so just be patient because they definitely were able to find the mechanism to fix my watch. I picked them up today and I just say it was well worth the wait and I will continue coming back and I highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful experience! My daughter has wanted her ears pierced forever but would chicken out everytime we went. There was a no refund policy however the staff let us come back and try again. Natasha was absolutely wonderful! She was quick, confident, reassuring and just genuinely such a pleasure to have during this sometimes emotional and stressful time. My daughter was such a happy camper afterwards and Natasha helped us navigate through it quickly! For reference, our daughter is 3. It's not the best age to do it but if you need help and want to, ask for Natasha!”

His pricing is extremely fair, compared to similar things I had seen at other jewelers, and he even gave options for different grades of diamonds, so if you have a budget you need to stick with you won't feel pressured at all. He's seriously the best- I live 2 hrs away and it was 100% worth it to work with him instead of someone else local to me!”
