I was very comfortable here. Nicke was very accommodating and made me feel safe as I was a woman traveling alone. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Okay so this is usually me and my families go to place for leisure time and amenities such as the pool BUT this last stay was really bad . The whole 3rd floor smelled like pure garbage. It was really repulsive. Our bathroom also had black mold in it . When I told front desk they came up and asked if I smelled it in the room or outside the room as if they couldn’t smell it. Definitely will not be coming back that’s a health hazard and our son has asthma was coughing all night . Never had these problems before this place is going down hill.

I cant say enough nice things about this place. What a hidden gem in the middle of kind of nowhere lol. The place is spotless, the Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I'm a single mom with a special needs child and everyone was beyond amazing. We WILL be staying here again.

We came in late and left early. Was a great place to rest the night. Deli next door had ready made sandwiches that were actually good. Staff helpful and very nice.Rooms: Clean and comfortable

We made a genuine error in the booking and booked for the night before we arrived. On arrival at the hotel we were told that we had made an error and there was nothing they could do to rectify the error. We had been driving all day and asked if they had rooms available and they said they did. We asked could they not give us the room and take the payment we had made for the day before and were told emphatically no! Unbelievable that this lack of flexibility stille exists. We have used Holiday Inn for years but will never use them again.

While there were small areas in the room that could have used some upkeep (toilet paper holder was loose, chipped paint, etc) the overall design of the rooms was nice and modern. The pool area and gym seemed well kept and clean.Breakfast had quite a few choices and food was decent.Rooms: Modern design. Shower was very European with only having a lane of glass and no door to keep the water in…. Which means that a lot of water doesn’t stay in and ends up on the floor. But it was clean and the water pressure was good.Nearby activities: Lots of outdoor activities in the area including parks and museums as well as historic sites. CIA is about 30 min north

The staff were very friendly. The hotel had a nice (clean) smell as soon as you walked in the door, very clean and a good complimentary breakfast. (We would definitely stay again!)Rooms: Very clean, I would definitely stay again. Cleanliness is very important to me:)

I can't say enough about the staff and the pleasurable experience we had at this holiday inn express in Fishkill New York ! We went 2 years in a row and are going back next year too ! I just love it there ! Clean, fresh cookies in the afternoon, great breakfast with many selections, clean inviting breakfast room . The lobby , 3 large screen tv s . There doing something right !

I’m an IHG Ambassador Platinum Elite Member so I’m used to their hotels. For this hotel category it’s a 5 stars. Stayed there two nights, first on our way to Manhattan and second 4 days later on our way back. We parked the car there, hop on the Metro-North train at the Beacon Station and arrived downtown Manhattan in 90 minutes….so easy and hassle free.The hotel is updated, clean, neutral smell, lot of free parking, small pool and jacuzzi. Staff was very kind and helpful. The free breakfast is ok but I’ve seen more variety at other Holiday Inn. The breakfast area is very nice, spacious with floor to ceiling windows….good morning! There’s a microwave and mini fridge in the room, very useful. Beds are firms and very comfortables. Bathroom is small but very clean. Lots of restaurants close by. Definitely recommend this place.

great hotel! stayed here over the weekend on a whim and got a great peaceful weekend! nice breakfast room as well, love the sun that comes through the room, its warm. Kids loved the connectivity of their PS2 in the room as well.See you again in a few months!Walkability: next to all kinds of restaurants, gas station and movie theater - all within 2 min walk of this hotel, very convenient

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip with my son and despite this being listed as a 2 star hotel, it was quite better than some 4 star hotels I've stayed at. The hotel was clean, offered a great hot breakfast buffet, small swimming area and the lobby was always stocked with free snacks. The desk attendants were always very friendly and helpful. Nike was especially always there to greet us and ask about our day out and recommend activities to do in the area. Very close to main roads and highways for easy access. I would stay again.Rooms: Shower was quite nice with updated multi shower head from all angles. Room was neat and spacious.

Arrived at 11 PM last night. All the doors were open but there was no one at the front desk. We literally stood around and waited for quite some time. We walked around and looked into all the open utility rooms but could not find the desk attendant anywhere. After about 20 minutes I started to wonder if we were in the midst of a crime scene because all the doors were wide open to the computer room, the laundry room, and the back offices but no hotel clerk to be found. Another guest came to check in a little while later and then left disgruntled after waiting roughly ten minutes. And then yet another person cam down to buy drinks at the little store next to the check in desk. After waiting some time, he decided to do the honor system and took the soft drinks back to his room vowing to pay for them at a later date. Finally someone came carrying bedsheets and was not very apologetic about making us wait for roughly a half an hour. When we finally got into our room close to midnight, there was a terrible smell. It was the combination smell of deodorizer used to cover up a cigarette smell which surprised us because there's a sign in the lobby that says it's a no smoking hotel. We went back to the desk and he told us he had no other rooms. So we asked him to swap out our room with another person's room that had not checked in yet. I'm so glad we were able to think on our feet because he clearly was not. The second room was better lucky for us because he said there were no other rooms and we were about to leave and go sleep in our car. I needed to wash some clothes in the laundromat on the second floor. I thought that the free washer and dryer was such a great perk until I got up there and saw that one dryer was in need of repair. Not impressed at all with this hotel and especially the long dark hairs on the bathroom floor waiting to greet me and perhaps a gift left from the previous occupant. If you ever choose to stay here, I wish you the best of luck. This hotel is a disaster.

The front desk clerk didn't know how to check me in and the room is off just enough to make you wonder if they change the sheets.... hint, keep your shoes on! While i was talking on the phone my friend said, don't sit on the sofa. Its probably nasty. I stood to see if their was anything to her half joke, and saw what I've attached in my pictures NASTY!!! Is that what I think it is? I stayed for 2 nights and paid $505, WHAT?! That's way too much $$$$ for such a low quality hotel. Wanna get ripped off for a substandard room, come to Holiday Inn Express Fishkill. They got you covered!

Stayed here for a business trip. They lost my reservation but after 30 minutes found it lost in their emails. Checked me into a room that had not been cleaned and then moved me to a wrong sized room. The staff working here are very hospitable and trying their best but it seems they need better organizational support.
