I am extremely disappointed by this studio. I registered for a class but when I arrived, along with several other people, we found out that the class had been canceled and we were not notified. I drove out of my way to go to the class so I don’t appreciate the lack of communication from this studio. I paid for the class so I emailed them requesting a refund or to add me to a class the following day but I haven’t heard from them yet. I called several times at different hours and I haven’t been able to reach anyone. I wouldn’t recommend this studio, odds are you’ll be wasting your time.

Oh how I’ve missed being in person at this studio! Incredible and caring instructors, wonderful and supportive fellow yogis. I feel as though I sweated out the past 16 months on the mat. Amazing workout. Check this place out. You will not regret it.

I just had the most delicious thin mint smoothie, made by Kristen Barton! The ingredients at Firefly are so fresh and delicious. The shop has such a cool vibe, and the staff are super friendly. I'll definitely be back for another smoothie soon!!! ?

This place has become my favorite destination for yoga in the Hudson River Valley area. Because my schedule is inconsistent, I have tried almost every teacher and learned something new each time. Nice diversity in the instructors. Wonderful juice bar. Love that they have 6am as well as evening classes for my busy schedule.

Omg! My home away from home I just love the entire Team at Firefly! I’m so lucky to have Firefly in my life and to have found this yoga studio truly Namaste! Every powerful class is amazing and will transform your life from beginners to advanced! Plus the juice bar is top notch and the smoothies are heavenly!!! I just Love everyone on the Team they are truly amazing people with a true gift to share!

After a solid five months of practicing with the lovely ladies and gentleman of Firefly, I have found a second home away from home. Everyone has their own style and way of teaching, which makes it different everyday... The classes, teachers and juices are amazing and to top it off, you'll fall in love with the Heat!!

It is my home away from home!! Keeps me sane..The teachers are all truly amazing and each have something unique to share with all their students!! They keep you grounded while challenging you at the same time!! Drop in for a class you will happy you did..the practice is so addicting, you will be upset when you can't get to the studio!!
