“Really nice staff and great to have a brick and mortar around to actually look at gear in-person.They have a fair amount of stock on-hand across instrument/equipment types that should be helpful to most customers. The studio/synth/workstation section was a little lacking (although they have a good montior selection); I guess lot of newer options are software-based, but there are still a lot of interesting companies releasing synths and sampling workstations. The drum section is pretty well stocked with items, but didn't have a lot of kits actually out to test and was a little claustrophobic.My only actual complaint is that most days they're open 11a to 5p which is odd because most people have a job...it seems like closing at 7 or 8p would be more appropriate.I will continue to be a returning customer.”

“I made the mistake of putting my first mattress cover in the dryer and destroyed it. I have been looking and purchasing ones locally and they just aren't the same. I finally called Aaron's and they had the mattress cover I had before in stock. I was so pleased, I purchased 3. Finally have a mattress cover that protects from so many things and it is breathable. So happy with my choice to go pick them up. Thank you.”

“Amazing to deal with... I bought 25 tablet cases for our charity which did not fit. UC let me exchange them free of charge for ones which did and threw in tempered glass screen protectors for free as well. I can't recommend them for their customer service enough”

“I walked into this Best Buy on Black Friday. There were lines everywhere but everyone seemed to be in good spirits. One of the employees saw my family walking around, asked if they could help us and walked with us to get our items and rang us up. We were in the store less than 20 minutes. Loved it.”

“I love Target drive up service. Some people may think I’m lazy. I don’t care. My son has multiple disabilities, my husband works late six days a week, and I have no other help. So being able to order low priced food and not have to get my son’s very heavy wheelchair out and put all six pieces together and take it apart again to put it away is a blessing. This year my son has had six surgeries, and it has been hell. Target drive up has been a light all this time. The workers are friendly, and Target fixes any issues quickly and easily.”

Then when they said they can do delivery I said fine. Then they gave me another 5 dollars because of the tax. I wasn't expecting this at all. I was presently surprised. I definitely will go back and shop there.”

They worked with me to get me exactly what I needed and gave me an extremely reasonable deal. They even put a perfect screen protector on my phone that I would not have been able to get anywhere else in the area. Side note: the store is very clean and well kept. “Great find in a small upstate town! Staff is friendly and extremally knowledgeable and updated on both classic and latest gaming. Lost Level Games has a nice selection of all system consoles, accessories and games. They also have pre-ordering available for most of the latest games and systems. They are typically by appointment only, I'm assuming so the buyer can have a more personalized experience when shopping. They do have walk-ins mostly on weekends. I've heard they are resuming their party room for events and bookings beginning Summer 2024. Lost Level Games also has the most updated(daily) software that gives the best value/price for trade in items.”
