I'm currently staying here and they offer long term and short term rates. It's $450 for a single and $550 for a double room. Cable and garbage removal are included. The building itself needs work done but overall it's not a bad place. There's no wifi either but there is good cell phone reception. No one comes to cleans the rooms except for the maintenace guy. So you'd have to clean the room yourself.
