This is the second time I have ordered from Amazon and had tracking show package is out for delivery and was returned to Ferndale saying delivery was attempted. The last time took a week for the item to be delivered. Poor customer service on both UPS and Amazon ends. Why is is it the general store next to me has had zero problems and both times it has been pouring rain at said time of delivery and delivery fails. Other packages have been delivered without a problem.

I keep asking UPS to bring my packages to the back door. My house is over 200 ft from the rd and 225 ft from my mail box. And I can’t see the mailbox from the house. I have it on the site to have them come around to the back of my house. We have a circular drive was around the house. They always did deliver in back but now don’t. I went in my phone when it was delivered today and it said it was delivered to myback door but it was not there. Got in my car to get to the mailbox and there it was. What is going on. I have had packages stolen at the mail box and end of the drive way.

I'm getting really sick and tired of ups leaving my packages at the bottom of my driveway near the highway were anyone sees it they can take them. Poor delivery servicem my mom and I are both disabled and have issues with walking. Bring our packages to the back door.

They never take the time to actually look for my house but my neighbor who is 40 feet away gets there packages daily meanwhile every time I order something that has to go through UPS I have to go to the ware house and pick it up

Hours of operation are limited. Services are limited. Watched a customer try to get services and was told to go to UPS store in Middletown 30+ miles away.

Never again will I deal with UPS package was dropped off in Ferndale New York at 6:24 a.m. and was told that it won't be delivered until Monday January 16th you mean to tell me that you couldn't put it on a truck and deliver it that day everything else I've ever gotten through you people has the day that it hits Ferndale ny it gets delivered that day doesn't get held. 8 days to come from Oregon to New York before it finally gets delivered should only be five you really need to fix your updated status section. And I'll be sure to inform any sellers that I buy from to make sure that they do not use your service I can get the stuff a lot faster through USPS
