Waited for over an hour to purchase a new phone for my father. 2 salesmen were working and the entire time was taken up by 2 customers. A group walked in and was taken immediately as I was told they had an appointment. When I asked if I would be seen in the next hour before the store closed - I was told probably not - they were short staffed. While I understand that staffing is a problem- why not let people know that so they are not sitting and waiting for nothing. The unprofessionalism and quite frankly lack of concern or value for my time was extremely disappointing. I have been a loyal customer for many years but will be reconsidering my position on cellular services.

My son and I went into this location to activate his new iPhone, the technician had us in and out SO fast, which was much appreciated by us both! Thank you! ?♀️

Jason vp was awesome! He is the only Verizon employee who has ever been able to transfer all my info from an old phone to a new one without losing anything! I am happy and grateful!

Jason was great in handling my husband and my phone issues. Our old phones had a lot of issues because of the age of them but Jason got up set up on 2new phones and dropped our bill by $10.

Went there last week to FINALLY get a good phone. I was stressed, tired, and tech dumb. Mohammed is everything. He's courteous, smart, classy, handled everything, and was super efficient. He literally fixed everything while I sat back and relaxed. That was the best experience I've had here to date.
