“Everything was in warranty. I had three recalls to do. Fairly lengthy. I live two hour South. So I left the car with them. They don't carry the microphones in stock for the in-car Bluetooth Hey Mercedes feature. So they had to order those. They came in a few days after expected delivery date. They were under warranty. The car is a 2020. I did not buy it from this dealership. Mercedes honored the warranty. Overall pleased with the service I received and Melanie is a super service staff person.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Best Buy Auto Sales. Gary was great. He talked to me about the car ahead of time. Told me what a great ride it was and that I would love it. He was right I loved it. The problem was, i waited to long and it was sold. When I was definitely ready to buy I called Gary up and we started talking cars again. There was a couple I was interested in. My first choice was a bit of of my price range. That tried everything in his power to get me in that ride. Just couldn't happen. Our second choice we didn't know a whole lot about. Don't get me wrong any question I had Gary answered for me. He took the time to explain everything about the car, well everything except he forgot to mention it is a push button transmission. Lol. It has taken a bit to get used to. Gary worked his magic and got us financed for this gorgeous car. We trusted Gary enough by this time to buy it without a test drive, looking at it in person, or anything. No regrets. This is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have enjoyed discovering everything it has to offer and how to work everything. Been a bit of a challenge but I am getting there. I would go back and buy from Best Buy Auto Sales again in a heartbeat. I have suggested it to my family. My son said he will go there for his next car. You can't go won't with Bet Buy Auto Sales. “They got the work done more quickly than they said, but even more quickly than I expected. No complaints about the work; waiting area was nice, staff was nice. Easy to get an appointment, too. They don't do a complimentary wash like some other places have done, but that's fine with me. Overall, worth my driving out a little farther for good, efficient service.”
