these guys use different companies to imbesle and steal funds . There very tricky. They will ship your item and when it doesn't show up they have a shipping label from a different company, so you can't process a return. they are thieves. Theyncost me over 9000.00

Been dealing with Upstate for a while now. Most larger bullion dealers use them. There are others, but in my opinion Upstate is the best.

I've been coming to this establishment for almost a year now. The employee who works at the front desk (i can't remember his name at the moment.) is extremely knowledgable on the business as well as his insight on silver. I've always got gotten a fair deal from them, that I am sure will continue in the future.

Absolutely ripped me off. I brought it a 5g gold bad, 1/10oz gold, and about 10oz of silver. They gave me about half of spot. You can be sure I will be advising people to stay away.

Not a place to do business unfortunately, the owner Jim charges double the markup on almost all items. And when questioned about his rates & limits on how much he will sell or buy he claims their gold or whatever is superior to anyone else or other stores are thieves. Translation - Jim probably doesn’t have much of a bankroll and is buying at elevated rates where as other stores have much more inventory purchased beforehand and not spot pricing. Place is clean and in a good location are the only positives. Steer clear and shop around, many honest stores in CNY. Precious metals are a great hedge in todays world.Update - the “owner” now states there is no Jim/James that works there. Funny he had on purple shirt/purple tie which is hard to forget just 2 weeks from today. This place is next to Dunkin Donuts which is the old Friendly’s location in the village of Fayetteville, but I must have the wrong place. Don’t think so buddy.
