I've been avoiding this store because it is such a mess, but today I had to make a stop. No surprise, the store is still awful. I'll continue to take my business somewhere else. Hopefully, Target will do something about its cleanliness.

Severely understaffed. And the staff that is there, is unhelpful. The store is a disaster. If you lose something, it’ll be thrown into a pile of merchandise and you’d be lucky to ever see it again.

So I decide to give another chance looking for home security cameras. We wait and wait while a hall is waiting on a guy who is mostly deaf. He tried to explain that he couldn't hear asking her to write what she wanted down. About an hour goes bythere's another customer so she calls for help. Guy comes and helps them? The second party for a cheap watch was like 49.99. The deaf guy is buying a cell phone for the same price. So those purchases add up to roughly 100.00. I'm looking for a 5 camera rig, 200 and up. After an hour the wife was getting uneasy said ok we'll wait abit and just leave. An hour and 30 minutes and I walked.

Lack of inventory, low stock items on a constant basis, poor customer service and management. Several of the female staff are unpleasant and rude. I have visited this location several times a month and no longer do so due to the unknowledgeable and disrespectful staff. Additionally, I did a Target Driveup for pickup and my order was given to another customer. I was then shorted items in my pickup order due to lack of inventory and my items being unavailable at any other nearby Targets including being unavailable to ship to my home, I was very displeased with this experience and no longer do Target pickup/driveup.

All I can say is what happened to the Target store, Fayetteville, NY? Absolutely trashed! I refuse to shop off floor.

By far the worst target in the area. The redesign just added overly bright lighting that makes it even clearer what a mess the store is. The shoe area is literally impassable there’s so much on the ground, there’s inventory waiting to be stocked blocking the aisles in almost every department at peek times with no sign of anyone working on it, and they cannot keep up with their inventory because often the app will say they have items that are not actually there. Not sure what happened to this store, but it’s gone waaaay downhill the last few years.

Other then the health and beauty section and the electronics this store is trashed, I’m suprised for the area target allows this. Most targets have a messy shoe area. The stock is way behind, carts all over just rolled down aisles, not even in correct areas blocking lots of stuff. Sad!

Target carries the best recycled paper towels and toilet paper by the ever spring brand. It even cost less than most other toilet papers. The paper towels are so strong. You can rinse them out and use like a disposable wash cloth. I usually even rip them in half too. You are helping save the trees while having a high quality product at a fair price. Everyone wins here.

This is the messiest Target I have EVER been in. Clothes all over the floor, items in places they shouldn’t be, careless employees - it looks like a tornado went through this Target. I physically could not shop or look for clothes because that is how messy and disorganized it was.

Target had exactly what we needed and we decided to try the curb side pickup. They came out very quickly and even put the item in our trunk. Very nice,trouble free service.
