I recently needed service on my 2023 Ford Explorer ST much to my surprise I was offered the mobile unit for the scheduled maintenance. The mobile unit arrived right on time and performed what he could weather permitting. The services that couldn’t be performed due to rain were immediately scheduled onsite where the rep came and picked up my vehicle returning immediately after the service was complete. Excellent customer service was provided to me, I recommend Romano Ford service department.

Just bought my second truck from Romano in 6 months. The experience couldn’t have been more pleasant. Especially salesman Duane (aka Dwin) Clark. He is very knowledgeable and such a personality. Makes me wish I needed something else Ford…. I wonder if they sell tractors there.
Hi there. Just a quick check back 8 months after my original review.
Got my husband’s Maverick in June 23. I liked it so much I ordered one. It came in December 23.
Since then I’ve had excellent encounters with the service department, especially Requel. Couldn’t ask for better service. Friendly, caring but especially, qualified and prompt. Now when there are software updates, they send a tech to the house to update both Mavericks at the same time.
BTW, don’t be afraid to get an AWD; my husband’s is not and mine is. My gas mileage is slightly better than his. We love our vehicles.
Also, shout out to Parts department person who patiently help me with stupid questions today. TGIF

Romano Ford mobile service is excellent and convenient. Constantine was very friendly and knowledgable. He also worked very hard to get the work done as quickly as possible while still making sure the vehicle was safe and ready to drive. I would definitely use Romano Ford mobile service again.
