We had our first car inspection on our Tesla, and we felt so comfortable working with Gary and his team! They were familiar with the equipment and technology of our vehicle! They were all very helpful and friendly! We will be back every year!!

These guys are fantastic. Had an issue with son’s car after having another place look at it. Hence told us they did $2200 of work that wasn’t necessary and assessed the situation for no charge and then gave us photo evidence to take back to previous shop. When previous shops customer service was shown evidence we were given our money back. I will always use Hence’s from now on.

Gary and his crew were nothing but kind, helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. We’re new to the area, and they went above and beyond to make sure my young son and I got home safely. All the while, my car is now in great shape with a new radiator and hoses :)
