I have been suffering from miserable foot issues for some time and was having a good bit of trouble finding shoes that alleviated my pain. A relative had highly recommended a lesser known and quite expensive brand, but no stores in my area carried them. I was driving from Indiana back to my home in Maine and I looked online to see if I could find any stores that carried them along my path. I called from somewhere in Ohio to Paul Karaz Shoes and explained my situation. Shelby encouraged me to stop by when I got to that area. I did so and I'm so glad I did. Paige patiently listened to my tale of woe, examined my feet and the shoes I was wearing and made great recommendations. I was not even able to buy anything there, because they didn't have what I needed in stock, but I got better advice than I've gotten anywhere else and am currently wearing shoes that have given me more relief than anything else I've tried to date. Thank you, Shelby and Paige, and thank you, Paul Karaz Shoes!

Extraordinary attention to service and ambianceDue to the pandemic, it has been quite awhile since I visited the Paul Karaz store in Fayetteville. And with so many businesses forced to limp along with ever-changing staff, I wondered if I’d recognize anyone, and if their fabulous service and product selection might have suffered.Well, I’m thrilled to say that I was greeted by Stacey with the familiarity and warmth of an old friend. It was such a fun and relaxing experience to try on some potential new togs, and Stacey never lost her patience or enthusiasm as we tried on pair after pair. In fact, she brought a few suggestions that we hadn’t seen, and her attention to our personal style was/is such that her picks were more like me than what I had chosen for myself! So, if you miss the days of personal, gracious service in a lovely setting, I hope you’ll take a little time for yourself and go enjoy a visit to Paul Karaz!

Not advised to come here if you have a shoe addiction. I can never leave here just buying 1 pair of shoes. Staff is always friendly and helpful.The clothing sold here is pretty hit or miss on the quality unfortunately.

Found a dress on their website and ordered it. I was a little concerned that it would take a while to have it shipped all the way from NY to CA. I was very wrong. In less than five days I received my beautiful and nicely packaged dress, along with a thank you note. I am truly impressed by their customer service and attention to details. Will definitely buy from Paul Karaz Shoes again !

I cannot say enough about my experience with Paige at Paul Karaz shoes. I was searching for a hard to find Holebrook jacket for my husband and reached out to her via email. From that moment, Paige did everything she could to help me secure the jacket. It was shipped quickly and packaged beautifully. It sadly didn't fit, but she was quick to send me a return slip and help me locate another size from Holebrook. Paige went out of her way to help me, all online, and was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!!

I can’t say enough good things about Paige & Paul, they immediately cater to you as soon you enter the store. They both are sincerely kind & humble people I couldn’t get over the selection of shoes they carried unlike any store in the area, and worth every penny. I hate shopping, and I can never find dress shoes that are cute and also comfortable enough to wear all day. My feet are seriously impossible. Paige greeted me right when I came in and was confident she could find something for me. I explained why my feet are so hard to fit. She asked me all of the right questions and found me the cutest pair of ankle boots that actually fit on her first try. Real suede and made to last. And comfortable! They even have special inserts for dress shoes that add arch support if you need it. And she water-proofed them for me complimentary. It’s so rare to find businesses that offer the kind of customer service that Paul Karaz does. I will be saving myself the hassle of the mall from now on and just go straight to Paul Karaz the next time I need shoes!

The owners are the most knowledgeable, kindest, funniest people ever. The shoe selection is amazing if you are a shoe person beware or bring a buddy to tell you when to stop lol! The mens selection is awesome. The brands are top of the line and you can tell the owners are very selective when it comes to what they carry... nothing but the best!
