The Bank manager named Nancy at the Fayetteville branch is very condescending when speaking with her on two separate occasions and thinks she's the CEO of NBT Bank!!

This is the only NBT branch that treats customers with lack of respect and a sense of entitlement.I have 5 star experiences with the NBT banks in Baldwinsville, Manlius, and Canastota. This branch consistently fails to meet even my lowest expectations and that of others. I will recommend you check what the other NBT branches are doing well.

A cold day outside at 18 degrees but warm and friendly bank tellers inside. Cookies and hot coffee for the customers!!!
