Everything was in warranty. I had three recalls to do. Fairly lengthy. I live two hour South. So I left the car with them. They don't carry the microphones in stock for the in-car Bluetooth Hey Mercedes feature. So they had to order those. They came in a few days after expected delivery date. They were under warranty. The car is a 2020. I did not buy it from this dealership. Mercedes honored the warranty. Overall pleased with the service I received and Melanie is a super service staff person.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Every time I took my car for service I had bad experience. My last visit was the worst. I had to take again right after the service because they forgot to update the software when my car was in service and worst part is… they stole my gift card I left in my car!! I would’ve let it go because compare to what I spend on my car service amount gift card amount is 1% of it. but it’s a gift! So I reported it and they said they’ll call me back and I never received a call back from them. find a different place than here! definitely not recommend! Only good thing is the shuttle ride driver! He’s such a great guy.
Update 09/10/24 :
I did received a call from nick few wks ago to discuss missing GC, couldn’t receive the call due to my busy schedule. And today I received reimburse check for missing gift card. thank you Romano Mercedes for addressing it appropriately. Appreciate you time.

This was my second car purchase from the Romano group and to be honest I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Mohammed made my car buying experience so simple and easy and was done within an hour. He went above and beyond and gave me his number to call and ask with any questions about the vehicle that I had purchased after shopping. I kept feeling inside not to leave the Romano group because of how well I’m treated there. It’s making an appointment in a service department or getting a hold of my sales rep to inquire about my vehicle this dealership that customers don’t just buy a vehicle, but many vehicles because of how they make people feel.

Very disappointed with mercedes service. Still waiting on the part to arrive, can't get a loaner, mercedes wouldn't tow on their expenses,... I did consider getting a new GL but with service like I was given I rather go to lexus instead. They treat their customers much better.

I was not impressed this time around with MB of Syracuse. They had my car over a week which was planned but then never contacted me about my car I had to call them. When they responded it was they hadn’t fixed my vehicle and their recommendation was to drive it until it got worse given it would require a lot of work to fix. I asked for a loaner and they stated they can’t accommodate given I didn’t buy from them. The other MB don’t car about that a Mercedes is a Mercedes. Overall not impressed.
