We were allowed an early check-in and were warmly greeted. The lobby is very nice, with a fireplace and seating arrangement near the large, brightly lit breakfast area. Our room was perfect for our needs and the towels were large. The fitness room is large for a hotel this size, not a lot of cardio equipment but good space with weights and balls and enough room to use them. Breakfast was what you'd expect. We were amused and happy to see a bagel "guillotine," which we have at home. That meant the bagels were fresh and not precut. In a nutshell, we would stay here again.

Had a 2 night stay Monday through Wednesday, and the service and room were fantastic. The room was clean and well equipped, and the breakfast in the mornings was wonderful.

Fantastic charming hotel located in a very popular shopping area. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and decorated in a very modern theme, country chic. We attended a banquet next door and the convenience of staying at the Craftsman was the reason we stayed. We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel, we would return again. Hats off to the housekeeping team, as this was the cleanest hotel room we've ever stayed in, it was spotless everywhere. Only thing we missed was the fantastic water pressure we have in our house, but don't let that deter you from staying at this great hotel. We had 6 people in our group for a surprise birthday party for 3 nights. Everyone was friendly & checked in with us via text an hr after we checked in & once a day after that. The continental breakfast was great, as well as the restaurant right there on site. The rooms were clean, we had everything we needed.

We were impressed from the moment we pulled into the parking lot! The Craftsman is a beautiful inn, with quite the presence! The woman who greeted us was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean, and smelled so nice! Comfy beds that gave us an amazing night's sleep. The breakfast was similar to a Holiday Inn, but was very good. We loved that it had the restaurant on the grounds, which was absolutely phenomenal! Overall, we were thrilled with out weekend at The Craftsman, and would love to return!

The hotel has a large lounge with stone fireplace. Our room was also large, handicap accessible. Attractive. Free breakfast. Wonderful restaurant next door

Beautiful hotel and great breakfast in the morning! Rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable. Really nice bathrooms. Only downside was that the walls were so thin so you heard everything. It didn’t bother us though.There is a restaurant next door which is convenient. It is definitely classy looking. We didn’t eat there though.

Honestly cannot rave enough about our experience at the Craftsman! I will never even consider suggesting a different hotel to incoming family and friends, this is the best. The rooms were spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. The entire property is warm, welcoming and inviting, just like the staff. Can't say enough nice things about Bobby, Kayla and Andrea, just to name a few. My pregnant (with twins) daughter said more than once how comfortable and quiet the rooms are. Great continental breakfast on site and one of the best restaurants in the area attached to the hotel. Plenty of other food and shopping options less than 5 minutes away as well. Considering our stay there was in relation to my sister's funeral, we really were struggling as it was and they really made everything so nice. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at the Craftsman Inn & Suites several times when visiting our daughter at Syracuse. The workers are outstanding and so helpful. Rooms are clean and the continental breakfast is perfect. About a 15 minute drive to the campus. The restaurant is delicious. Love the outdoor fires. This hotel is charming. Location is awesome near Target, Khols, Wegamnans.

My boyfriend and I chose the Craftsman Inn for the weekend for my cousins wedding. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay. It was very welcoming. They had wonderful continental breakfast options. The service was also amazing. 10/10 recommend.

AWESOME!!! I wanted a property that was clean, quaint and relaxing for my overnight stay (after driving 4 hours and then DJing a Wedding...so basically after an exhaustingly long day). ..and I got what I wanted!! I checked in at 11pm after my Wedding and was greeted by the by the warming feel and glow of the fireplace! And then laughing with Andrea while checking in. The bed was AWESOMELY comfortable!!! and room was very tastefully decorated and felt quaint yet modern. ONLY 3 things I'd change: 1) Please put dimmers on the lamps in the rooms. At 11pm at night when you're exhausted, no one wants the lights of a police interrogation room in their face!!! Haha! I took the little lamp off the desk that had a yellowish shade on it, and put it by the bedside. That yellowish shade provided a dimmer light than the other lamps!!!! 2). It was a miserable rainy day on Monday morning... I would have had the fireplace on then too, how nice it would have been to eat breakfast in front of the fireplace. 3) After a long and exhausting day, I would have loved to step into a hot tub (though how many hotels actually have that, right?!?! lol). But I was hoping there was a bathtub in my room, because a hot bubble bath would have been a great way to end my night. So I was a bit disappointed there was no tub... however, the shower was awesome!!! Love the barn doors!!!! And the decor choices!!!! :-) Aside from those 3 things.... I LOVED THE CRAFTSMAN!!! Thank you!! If I'm every in the area again, I'll be back!!

This place was amazing! The rooms were modern and felt like you were staying at a friend's house. The bed was so comfortable. They also have a restaurant that was delicious! We sat on their outdoor terrace by a fireplace to enjoy our meal. The complimentary breakfast was also great. Highly recommend this fantastic place!

The Craftsman Inn and Suites turned out to be a very nice stop off of the Erie Canal bike tour I recently took with my friends. It was about 1 1/2 miles off the canal, through a nice pathway leading to Fayetteville. Just be cautious once on the highway in front of the Inn. Once there, the restaurant and bar is a well deserved treat for cyclists. The hotel rooms were comfortable and the continental breakfast was ample for getting back on the bike the next day. I'll use this as a cycling stop again in the future. GRD
